The Episode starts with Ishaan and Dhananjay dropping Rani. She’s upset, and Ishaan tries to cheer her up. Rani asks them if they truly believe Digvijay is innocent. When they say yes, she reveals that Alisha is behind the entire plot. She says only Devu knows the truth and asks for their help in finding proof. Alisha bakes a cake for Digvijay. Devu tells Madhuri that now that Rani is out of the way, Alisha is running the house. Madhuri agrees and says even Baa and Narayani are on Alisha’s side. Devu feels Rani was right all along—Alisha is trying to win back DJ.
Rani manages to convince Ishaan and Dhananjay. They go to Sujata’s place where Rani brings in the media to pressure her. Sujata breaks down and admits she was paid ₹50,000 and promised a permanent job to frame Dr. Lal. Narayani informs Rani’s family that she’s returning to Rajkot, which worries Niranjan. He questions Narayani, but Baa takes the call and says Rani has become uncontrollable and they had to send her away. Niranjan panics when Rani’s phone is off.
Rani collects the evidence and thanks Ishaan and Dhananjay. She decides to go home and confront Alisha. At home, Alisha serves dinner. Digvijay tries to call Rani but can’t reach her. Alisha is irritated that DJ still isn’t over Rani. Rani finally switches on her phone and tells Priya she’s heading back to Ahmedabad. Narayani decides to gift Alisha a pair of earrings. DJ questions the gesture, but Narayani says Alisha helped them during tough times. Alisha feels happy receiving the gift. Rani then arrives and tells Narayani that Alisha deserves much more—because she framed Digvijay and now she has proof. Alisha denies it, but everyone urges Rani to show the evidence. Rani asks Ishaan to play the video on the TV. The family watches Sujata confess on camera that Alisha paid her to lie and blame Dr. Lal.
Shocked, everyone listens as Rani explains how Alisha also altered the original medical report, which stated Mr. Vyas was unfit for surgery. She accuses Alisha of plotting everything just to bring DJ back into her life. Rani claims Alisha forced Dr. Dubey to change his statement. Narayani snatches the gift back and says Alisha betrayed her son. Alisha pleads with Pinky and Digvijay for support, but both step away. Digvijay admits that Alisha manipulated him into distancing from Rani. Baa and Gayatri also refuse to support her. Rani declares Alisha exposed. She says Alisha’s so-called help was part of a bigger game—to control DJ’s life. Alisha demands to face Sujata again, and Digvijay asks Ishaan to call her.
