The episode begins with Dhwani refusing to eat, insisting her torn toy be fixed first. Rani gets frustrated, but Digvijay calms her and gently asks Dhwani what’s wrong. Dhwani tells him her toy is damaged and needs to be repaired immediately. Digvijay playfully says the toy needs urgent surgery and asks for Dhwani’s permission. She agrees, and he tells her she must first eat her food and take her medicine. Dhwani complies, and Digvijay fixes the toy.
While doing so, he jokingly asks Dhwani to wipe his sweat. She uses Rani’s veil and thanks Digvijay for saving her toy. Devu calls Narayani and Ishaan to witness the sweet moment, while Pinky and Anisha also watch.
Meanwhile, an undercover officer uncovers some information about Rani and updates his senior.
Dhwani tells her
Digvijay tells Dhwani he lives nearby and she can call him anytime, but she insists he stay in her room. Ishaan supports Dhwani’s demand. Narayani tells Devu and Ishaan to stop encouraging her, but Devu reminds her that it’s Dhwani’s birthday. Ishaan adds that nothing is more important right now. Pinky tells him to ask Anisha first, and Ishaan reminds her that she always wanted Digvijay’s happiness. Finally, Digvijay and Rani agree to stay together for Dhwani.
Anisha is upset. When Digvijay checks on her, she says she doesn’t want to interfere and is ready to leave if he wants. Digvijay is taken aback but says he needs time. Anisha wants an answer immediately. Pinky chimes in, accusing Digvijay of forgetting who stood by him and calls Rani selfish.
Anisha later meets Nurse Geeta, and to her shock, Geeta is someone familiar. Anisha tells her to deliver an empty box to catch her red-handed, with police involved. Meanwhile, Rani puts a letter implicating Anisha in Mr. Bajaj’s death and a medicine racket inside Dhwani’s pink teddy bear.
Devu takes her phone, and Rani quickly sends the photos to her own email. Rani returns the phone and Devu hints she wants to share something important. Digvijay then enters and asks Rani about Dhwani’s birthday. Rani tells him it’s the day after tomorrow. Digvijay wants to take Dhwani shopping. Rani allows it but warns not to spoil her too much. Digvijay says he won’t look at price tags—Dhwani deserves the best. Rani reminds him to teach her the value of money. Realizing his mistake, Digvijay apologizes.
Dhwani asks them to sleep with her. Just then, Digvijay gets an emergency call for surgery. Dhwani stops him, but Rani explains that someone needs him. Dhwani lets him go.
Later, Devu and Ishaan bring decoration items. Narayani sees Digvijay heading for shopping. Digvijay finds out from Ishaan that Dhwani is in school and calls Rani. He tells Ishaan to arrange the best cake and decorations. He also asks Narayani to invite all the kids. Ishaan tries to keep Anisha away from the party plans. Anisha, feeling sidelined, becomes determined to uncover Rani’s truth.
Precap: Digvijay confronts Rani about the past. Rani reveals that she saw him with Anisha in the same bed that night.
