The Episode starts with Digvijay determined to join the hospital without wasting any more time. Just then, Rani walks in. Digvijay coldly ignores her, but Rani, fighting back tears, explains that she truly loves him and never meant to frame him. Digvijay listens quietly and tells her he understands her emotions. He assures her that he knows she only did everything to protect his reputation. Gently, he advises Rani to focus on herself and the baby now, hinting that she’s too young and naive to deal with such heavy matters.
Rani insists that Dr. Lal is innocent and has only ever tried to help her. Digvijay nods, saying he knows Dr. Lal well, but reminds her that in the world they live in, money and power often cloud everything. Just as Rani is about to reveal something important about
Meanwhile, Devu arrives to fetch Rani. Rani shares everything with Devu — how Dr. Lal is innocent and how Alisha is the real mastermind behind the entire conspiracy. She also mentions strange coincidences involving Dr. Lal and Dr. Dubey. Devu sighs, warning Rani that no one will believe her because, to everyone around them, Alisha is nothing less than a saint. Rani, fierce and determined, vows to gather proof and expose Alisha. She says Alisha is dangerous for her family, but Devu worries about Rani’s growing rift with Digvijay.
Later, during dinner, Alisha urges everyone to eat and tries to leave, but Baa and Narayani insist she stay and dine with them. Pinky suggests that Alisha should take some time off from the hospital, and Alisha quietly settles next to Digvijay.
Soon, Dhananjay returns home, visibly upset. He shows everyone the breaking news: people are refusing to believe Digvijay’s innocence, and the hospital’s reputation is crumbling fast. Digvijay, heartbroken, feels the walls closing in.
Trying to salvage the situation, Alisha cleverly spins a narrative, pushing the blame entirely onto Dr. Lal. She instructs the PR team to paint Digvijay as a hero across social media. Digvijay and Narayani are impressed by her quick thinking, but deep down, Alisha feels uneasy — she knows Rani suspects her. Alisha is desperate to keep Rani out of this mess. Pinky encourages Alisha, saying this is her golden chance to get close to Digvijay again. Alisha brushes it off, claiming she only wants to save Digvijay.
Later, Alisha and Pinky spot Rani sneaking out to meet Dr. Lal’s family. Dr. Lal’s daughter pours her heart out to Rani, pleading for help. His wife too begs Rani to save her innocent husband. Rani, touched and furious at the injustice, promises she’ll do everything in her power to help. She sends them away before anyone sees — but Narayani has already overheard the conversation.
Pinky immediately starts her drama. Alisha publicly confronts Rani, scolding her for meddling where she shouldn’t. The entire family begins taunting Rani. Alisha paints her as a reckless, naive girl ruining everything. Pinky piles on, accusing Rani of disrespecting the family. Narayani orders Digvijay to drop Rani back to Rajkot immediately.
Digvijay, although reluctant, agrees, and Pinky smugly tells Rani to pack her bags. Rani heads to her room, but Devu follows her, trying to stop her from leaving. Rani, fiery and determined, refuses to back down. She tells Devu she’s staying — not just for herself, but to save Digvijay too. She has a plan.
Downstairs, Madhuri voices her concerns to Narayani. She says what’s happening to Rani is unfair and warns that Rani’s emotional health is at risk. She pleads with Narayani to rethink. Baa agrees with Madhuri and tells Digvijay he should just drop Rani at Rajkot and not stay there.
Narayani forbids him from going. She decides that Ishaan and Dhananjay will accompany Rani instead. Digvijay, torn but obedient, agrees. Rani, with her luggage in hand, prepares to leave, though her mind is racing with hidden plans. Pinky whispers to Alisha that this is the perfect chance to win Digvijay back. Alisha watches Rani, realizing this battle is far from over.
