The Episode starts with Rani planning to send a video to Digvijay to expose Anisha. However, she feels she needs more proof to ensure Anisha doesn’t manipulate the situation. Meanwhile, Rani’s phone battery begins to die. Dwani is doing her homework when her table lamp starts flickering. She calls out to Matarani, saying she can’t see clearly. Rani rushes to check on her, and Digvijay also comes in. Rani explains Dwani’s issue, and Digvijay quickly brings her eye drops. Soon, the rest of the family—Naryani, Anisha, and Pinky—arrive as well. Digvijay puts the drops in Dwani’s eyes, and she starts seeing clearly again. Dwani jokes that even though Digvijay is a doctor, he looked scared, to which he replies that to him, she’s his daughter first. Dwani assures him she’s fine now, and he kisses her forehead. Seeing the happy family moment makes Anisha feel more jealous.

Pinky comments that all their efforts are going to waste since Rani and Dwani are winning Digvijay’s attention. Anisha gets frustrated and heads to the hospital despite Pinky trying to stop her. Meanwhile, Rani plugs in her phone using a faulty electric switch to charge it.

At breakfast, Digvijay asks Pinky about Anisha. Pinky taunts him, saying Anisha has now become a guest in the house even though she supported him for five years. This angers Digvijay, and he tells Pinky to stop interfering in others’ personal matters. He adds that if Anisha has anything to say to him, she should speak directly. Digvijay firmly states that his priority is his daughter and he doesn’t owe anyone an explanation. Dwani later tells Rani that she doesn’t like Anisha and wants to leave the house.

At the hospital, Anisha is upset with the nurses for their negligence, as someone has a video of a suspicious transaction. The masked girl threatens to make the video viral. Anisha tries to review the footage but learns from security that the cameras were damaged by the rain. She is desperate to figure out who the masked girl is and how she knows so much.

Back home, Dwani tells Rani that Digvijay made pizza for her the previous night, and she dreams of a life with both her parents. Devu and Ishaan train Dwani to express this wish to everyone, hoping to bring Rani and Digvijay together. Dwani even tells Pinky not to scold her mother. Rani cautions Dwani not to say such things openly. Pinky accuses Rani of teaching her daughter such things, and Rani says she doesn’t want to live under the same roof as Digvijay.

Suddenly, Rani smells smoke and sees her phone overheating. She rushes to get it repaired since it contains the important videos.

At work, Mr. Bhalla informs Digvijay that profits are down and some bills are pending. Digvijay asks for a detailed report. Mr. Bhalla feels the pressure and decides to inform Anisha. Rani notices police inquiries about her and learns an undercover officer has been assigned to keep an eye on her. The officer starts questioning Rani about the previous night, but she denies knowing anything. He checks the register as part of his investigation.

Mr. Bhalla informs Anisha that Digvijay is looking into the financial records. Anisha tells him to either forge some documents or take a leave. Anisha now sees Rani as a serious threat and wants to prove she’s the masked girl, hoping this will send Rani to jail and bring Dwani back to Rajkot.

Rani realizes that Anisha is getting suspicious and that the nurses Shrishti and Geeta are suddenly on leave, which raises more doubts. Anisha tries to access the hostel’s CCTV footage to confirm Rani’s identity. Meanwhile, Rani discovers more evidence about Anisha’s involvement in an illegal organ racket. Anisha sees the hostel footage but finds nothing unusual about Rani’s behavior. Rani tries to access more detailed data but needs a password. While going through records, she discovers Anisha has referred all organ transplants and starts suspecting her in Mr. Bajaj’s death. She calls Dr. Akash for confirmation, but he hangs up and switches off his phone.

Precap: Anisha plans to send a fake box through Geeta, while Rani receives a letter revealing Anisha’s involvement in Mr. Bajaj’s death.
