The episode begins with Rani interrupting Dijvijay’s press conference, sparking gossip about her. Vijay watches a video clip of Rani, while Narayani also sees her on a mobile. Narayani tells Vijay that she knows why this girl is after her son.
Alisha asks Dijvijay if he knows this girl, while Mr. Bajaj urges Alisha to stop the situation as it’s becoming embarrassing. Dijvijay drags Rani away, and the media starts sensationalizing their interaction.
Vijay tells Narayani that while she claimed Rani was using Dijvijay, it doesn’t seem like Rani is at fault. He accuses Narayani of hiding the truth from him.
Dijvijay confronts Rani, asking why she is there, and she hugs him. Rani explains that she tried contacting him several times from an unknown number but received no response. Dijvijay accuses her of deceiving him by hiding her engagement and making a fool of him. He claims not to care about her anymore and insists he tried reaching out but couldn’t speak to her. Rani clarifies that she was never married and has come to see him. She expresses her desire to become a doctor and confesses her love for him. Dijvijay, however, believes she refuses to marry because the Memani family doesn’t support her career aspirations. He accuses her of using him and calls her selfish. The media tries to capture the drama, but Alisha intervenes and sends them away.
Meanwhile, Sagar informs Niranjan and the family that Rani is in Ahmedabad at Dijvijay’s press conference. Sagar and Anant blame Niranjan for giving Rani too much freedom. An enraged Niranjan vows to teach Dijvijay and his family a lesson. Bhabi, confused and concerned, prays for Rani’s well-being.
Dijvijay insists that his mother and Pinky Bhabi were right about Rani using him. Rani, holding Dijvijay’s collar, tells him she truly loves him, but he only cares about his own gains. Alisha interrupts their conversation, reminding Dijvijay that personal matters should be handled later. Rani reminisces about her past moments with him.
Alisha questions Dijvijay about Rani, and he reveals that she is Devu’s best friend. However, Mr. Bajaj demands a more detailed explanation.
Rani is heartbroken upon realizing Dijvijay doesn’t love her and has wronged her. She decides to expose his actions to his family. Meanwhile, Mr. Bajaj expresses concern that the media’s focus on Rani is damaging the hospital’s reputation. Dijvijay asks Alisha to manage the situation, and she calms Mr. Bajaj while seeking clarity on Dijvijay and Rani’s relationship.
Vijay tries to stop Narayani, but she declares at the press conference that Rani ran away from her wedding to manipulate her son. Rani arrives at Dijvijay’s house, ready to confront everyone.
