The Episode starts with Geeta confronting Rani at the hospital, telling her to remove her mask since everyone already knows who she is. Rani insists she needs to meet Nurse Shanti, but Geeta, who’s now in charge, cancels her night duty and sends her home. Rani pretends to leave but sneaks into the medicine room to hide.
Meanwhile, Devu calls Rani and tells her that Dhwani isn’t eating. Rani video calls and asks Dhwani why she’s skipping meals. The little girl says she wants her mom’s homemade dal-chawal. Digvijay brings her soup, but Dhwani refuses. Rani reminds her that she packed snacks, and when Digvijay checks, he finds roasted makhana—healthy and homemade. Dhwani demands that Digvijay apologize to her mom. He agrees and goes to make turmeric milk, but Dhwani says she’ll only drink it if her “Matarani” (Rani) tells her to. Rani gently convinces her.
Back at the hospital, Geeta and Shrishti sneak into the storage to steal medicines. Unbeknownst to them, Rani has disguised herself and is recording everything. Geeta is in a hurry, worried about Sir and Ma’am’s reaction if they fail to deliver. She completes the handoff and collects money. Rani captures the entire exchange on video. She later injects both Geeta and Shrishti with a mild sedative, making them faint.
At home, Dhwani quietly gets out of bed and heads to the kitchen. A local man alerts the police about suspicious activity at the hospital. Digvijay finds Dhwani in the kitchen and gently asks if she’s hungry. She asks for a chocolate pastry. While there’s none, Digvijay offers to make her pizza instead. He lovingly prepares it and feeds her by hand. Dhwani enjoys it and later falls asleep in his arms.
Back at the hospital, Rani locks Geeta and Shrishti in a room and interrogates them. When Geeta threatens to scream, Rani plays the video she recorded. She demands they reveal who’s behind the medicine racket or she’ll make the footage public and involve the police.
Before she can get any names, the police arrive to rescue the unconscious nurses. Startled, Rani hides. She manages to stay out of sight, but panic sets in as she searches for an escape route. Meanwhile, Geeta contacts Anisha and tells her about the video. Anisha warns her to stay quiet. She quickly guesses that Rani is the one behind the video recordings. Anisha fears that if Digvijay finds out, he’ll walk away from her for good.
Later, Digvijay and Dhwani share a sweet, peaceful moment. Dhwani sleeps in his arms, bringing a rare sense of calm to him.
Meanwhile, Anisha becomes suspicious. She knows Rani’s shift was canceled and decides to check if she’s at home. When she sees Rani’s room empty, she rushes to Digvijay’s room to check if she’s there. She wakes him up and questions him. Just then, Rani walks in. Digvijay scolds her for being irresponsible, but Rani snaps back, saying he has no right to question her.
Anisha then asks Rani what’s in her bag and opens it, only to find books and her nurse uniform. Digvijay instructs Rani to take Dhwani to the room and asks her to inform him next time she goes anywhere. Anisha watches, burning with jealousy—still desperate for Digvijay’s attention, but getting none.
Precap: The police assign an officer to the hospital to keep an eye on Rani. Meanwhile, Rani stumbles upon the dark secret of an organ trafficking racket.
