The Episode starts with Rani spotting Nurse Geeta, who has come to meet another nurse. Geeta urgently asks the nurse to clean up the medical stock room, warning that if it’s not done soon, they could all land in serious trouble. Rani, realizing something shady is going on, decides it’s time to tell Digvijay the truth about the medicine racket that’s happening right under his nose—and how he’s unknowingly being taken advantage of.
Meanwhile, Anisha brings tea to Digvijay. He brings up the doctor who gave him false information about Rani and demands answers. Anisha assures him she’s been trying hard to locate that doctor. Digvijay then asks another doctor to investigate, and soon he gets the information he needs. He then tells Anisha to back off and stay out of the matter.

Back home, Aai tells Rani that Anisha has come to see her. Rani, furious, confronts Anisha, asking how she dared to show up. Anisha claims she’s there to help and even offers a large sum of money to Rani—on the condition that she leaves immediately. Rani suspects Anisha is acting out of jealousy and calls her out: is this because she fears losing Digvijay? Anisha reminds her that Digvijay chose her five years ago. Rani is visibly hurt. Anisha coldly warns her—take the money or risk losing both the money and Dwani.
Meanwhile, Digvijay notices Anisha is missing. Pinky panics and tells Naryani that Anisha might’ve gone to end her life. Just then, Anisha returns. She hands a file to Digvijay containing all the details about Rani and Dwani. She claims she got it from Advocate Mr. Bhatt, who is willing to support them legally. As Digvijay receives a call from Rani, Anisha urges him not to answer, but Devu suggests he take it. On the call, Rani requests to meet him and insists he deserves to be a part of Dwani’s life. But Digvijay is cold and aggressive. He accuses her of selfishness and demands that she return the five years she took from him. The call ends with Rani receiving a court notice—Digvijay has filed for full custody of Dwani.
Later, Niranjan is playing with Dwani when Aai brings her some milk. In a mishap, Dwani burns her hand. Rani soothes the burn with ice, and Dwani feels better. Trying to keep things light, Rani tells her they’re going somewhere important the next day and assures her there’s nothing to fear. Dwani, still hurt, says she’s upset with “doctor uncle.” She then asks Rani if he’s really her father. Rani gently confirms that he is. Dwani, confused and sad, asks why he never comes to meet her. Aai takes her away, sensing the growing tension.
Niranjan assures Rani that they will fight the case and win. Rani says she wants the best lawyer possible for this battle. On the other side, Digvijay blames Rani for Dwani’s anger toward him. Ishaan urges him to think things through and consider reconciling. But Digvijay refuses, saying he waited five years and nothing changed. He even shows Ishaan the room he kept ready for Rani and Dwani. He insists he deserves to be in his daughter’s life, but he’s done trying with Rani. He’ll meet her only in court now.
The next day, Rani arrives at court with Niranjan, Aai, and Dwani. Tension runs high as she comes face-to-face with Digvijay, who has Anisha firmly by his side. Dwani, upset, doesn’t even want Digvijay to touch her. Rani makes it clear that Dwani belongs with her. As the hearing begins, everyone awaits the court’s decision.
