The Episode starts with with Anisha telling Digvijay that Mr. Dhawal had only asked for the best nurse—she didn’t know it was Rani. Ishaan questions Rani, saying she could’ve informed him or Devu, as they had waited for her. Rani apologizes but says she wants no one to know about her or Dhwani. She decides to leave with Dhwani and go far away.
Narayani insists Rani can leave, but Digvijay’s child will stay. Gayatri defends Rani, saying a child can’t be kept forcefully and they should discuss the matter calmly. Narayani asks Devu to bring Dhwani and lets her go with Rani. Dhwani leaves with her mother. Digvijay says goodbye, but Dhwani doesn’t respond. Anisha tries to talk to him, but he ignores her and calls a lawyer to get full custody of Dhwani.
Aai gives Rani hope and support, but Rani is still afraid of Digvijay’s anger and fears he’ll return prepared. The lawyer assures Digvijay that he’ll get full custody. Gayatri urges him to settle things quietly. Narayani supports Digvijay, but Viju tells her that even today, they didn’t let Rani speak for herself. Devu says it’s the child who is suffering the most. Digvijay insists he will take Dhwani back and claims Rani never approached him for Dhwani’s surgery. Now, he’ll handle her treatment himself and wants everyone to help.
Aai advises Rani to find a way for Dhwani to get both her parents’ love. Rani says it’s hard because Digvijay is marrying Anisha—how will Dhwani get his attention? Aai says the whole family is there for Dhwani, but Rani remains firm, saying she can do anything for her daughter.
Meanwhile, Pinky confronts Anisha about hiding something. Anisha lies and then overreacts, claiming she tried to explain herself to Digvijay but he wouldn’t listen. Anisha panics, convinced he won’t marry her. Family members gather as she creates a scene. Digvijay dismisses her drama. Pinky blames Rani for everything and accuses her of coming back for money. Devu defends Rani, saying if she wanted to stop the wedding, she could’ve done so five years ago. Pinky urges Digvijay to marry Anisha the next day. Digvijay refuses, saying his life is at stake. He only wants his daughter back and isn’t ready for marriage. He admits he wants to be there for Dhwani, but he struggles to connect with her.
Anisha, however, is determined—she vows to marry Digvijay and send Rani and Dhwani far away.
Later, Rani and Digvijay recall their past. Rani breaks down, unable to part from Dhwani. A doorbell rings—Rani sees Niranjan at the door and breaks into tears. Aai is overjoyed. Niranjan says he learned about them from Digvijay. Pinky taunts him for already knowing about Rani and her daughter. Niranjan denies it and says he had no idea he had become a grandfather. He asks Rani why she hid everything. Rani apologizes and explains her fear of losing Dhwani. She says Dhwani is her reason to live. Niranjan assures her he’s by her side. That night, Rani sees nurse Geeta again and follows her.
