The Episode starts with Rani’s doctor informing her that a patient has died due to Digvijay’s negligence. Rani becomes worried. The deceased patient’s son gathers his friends and informs them that his father passed away because of Dr. Digvijay. A mob forms and starts attacking Digvijay. Alisha tries to protect him, but the mob pushes her as well.
Rani hears about the situation and tries calling Digvijay, but his phone is switched off. Devu tells Rani not to go to the hospital as the mob has started damaging the hospital property. Devu assures her that she will inform Ishaan to go instead.
Digvijay’s family watches the news and becomes anxious. Rani reaches the hospital and sees Digvijay being beaten by the patient’s family. The police arrive and stop the violence. They inform Digvijay that he is being arrested for providing incorrect treatment to Mr. Vyas. Narayani faints after seeing Digvijay’s arrest. He is taken away in the police van. Alisha tells him to stay calm and informs him that she is bringing a lawyer. Rani wants to go to the police station, but Devu stops her and reminds her that it is not safe for her in this condition. Rani is still eager to see him. Ishaan and Roshan come to take Rani home and inform her that Kaki has fainted. Everyone urges Rani to return home. Ishaan tells her that Dhananjay and Digvijay’s father are already at the police station.
Digvijay is put behind bars, and the police begin collecting statements. Alisha reaches the station and assures him that she will get him out. She asks the officer to release him since he is a reputed doctor, but the officer asks her to apply for bail. Alisha thinks that she has to get Digvijay released at any cost so that Rani stays away from him. Digvijay reflects on his actions and regrets how he treated Rani. He asks Alisha to tell Rani to take care of their baby. Dhananjay and Digvijay’s father arrive at the station and give him confidence that bail will happen soon. Digvijay learns from Kaka that Narayani fainted after seeing the news. The police ask Digvijay’s family to leave.
Narayani regains consciousness and insists on going to the police station to see her son, but everyone tries to stop her. Pinky and Baa start blaming Rani. Pinky points out that Digvijay was suspended because of Rani and reminds everyone of the argument she had with him that morning. Gayatri defends Rani. Rani enters the house and hears the blame. Narayani and Baa hold her responsible for Digvijay’s damaged reputation. Pinky appears satisfied by the accusations. Gayatri asks Rani to go to her room, but Rani wants to visit Digvijay. Pinky tells her not to interfere and says Alisha is already handling everything. Alisha coldly tells Rani to rest. Baa instructs Gayatri to take Rani to her room.
In the lockup, other prisoners mock Digvijay and accuse him of killing a patient. He recalls the struggles his parents faced during his childhood and breaks down. He is informed that Alisha has hired an expensive lawyer for his case. Alisha sends everyone away and says she will take care of everything. Digvijay remains silent, but his eyes search for Rani.
Rani is locked in her room. Devu brings her fruit and requests her to stay calm and listen to Kaki. Rani tells Devu that Digvijay is a sincere doctor who always does proper research before performing a surgery. Devu advises Rani to think about her child and avoid taking stress. She apologises for locking her in the room and says she is only following Narayani’s orders. Rani speaks to her child and wonders how a mistake like this could have happened, as she knows how careful Digvijay is.
At the police station, Alisha brings food for Digvijay, but he refuses to eat and tells her to leave. Alisha insists on staying and says she will not let him be alone. Digvijay thanks her for the support. He asks if she has spoken to Rani because he is getting worried about her.
Rani decides that she cannot leave Digvijay alone. She takes an auto and sets out to meet him. Alisha lies to Digvijay and says Rani is busy with her studies. He feels disheartened and starts to believe that Rani does not care about him. Alisha continues to mislead him, and Digvijay says Rani is selfish and that he means nothing to her.
Precap: Pinky suggests sending Rani to Rajkot permanently. Rani tries her best to gather evidence and prove Digvijay’s innocence.
