The Episode starts with Alisha having a dream where Digvijay tells her that marrying Rani ruined his life. He confesses that he still loves her. Alisha, teary-eyed in the dream, tells him she feels the same. Just as the two share a moment, Digvijay disappears. Alisha jolts awake, shaken, and Mr. Bajaj immediately checks on her, asking what’s wrong. Devu brings food for Digvijay and tells him that Rani refused to eat it, so she sent it back. Ishaan informs Rani that Digvijay is burning with fever and needs her help with his medicine. Devu calls Rani stubborn, but Digvijay simply wants her to eat. Mr. Bajaj confronts Alisha. He says the hospital’s reputation is at stake because of Digvijay and insists he should leave. Alisha pleads for one last chance—she promises to prove that keeping Digvijay was the right choice. Mr. Bajaj relents, giving her the green signal. While Alisha appears composed, she’s far from it—her real plan is to drive a wedge between Digvijay and Rani.
Rani and Digvijay come face to face. She urges him to take his medicine, and he counters by asking her to eat. Remembering his past threats, Rani gives in and starts eating. Meanwhile, Pinky rushes to Alisha with some disappointing news—Digvijay and Rani have patched up. Their entire plan seems to have crumbled. Alisha tells her to stop everything; she’s emotionally drained and can’t handle more heartbreak. But beneath the surface, she’s plotting something much bigger. She’s just waiting for Digvijay to return to the hospital.
A week passes. Rani wants to tell Digvijay about her upcoming sonography, but hesitation holds her back. Eventually, she decides to go ahead and share the news.
In the hospital, a doctor informs Alisha about a critical patient. Seizing the opportunity, Alisha transfers the case to Digvijay—it’s all part of her trap. She calls him and assigns him a surgery for a 70-year-old patient. Digvijay expresses concern about the risks, but Alisha waves it off, claiming the reports are normal. Unbeknownst to him, she’s altered the reports to frame him later. Her plan is risky, and she’s ready to gamble with a life just to make Digvijay fall.
Back at home, Narayani reminds Rani about her sonography. Rani says she’ll take Devu along, but Digvijay doesn’t like the idea and insists she go alone. A heated argument breaks out. Narayani steps in, calming the situation. She blesses Digvijay and reminds him to stay composed now that he’s returning to work. She also advises Rani to be patient. Rani, still worried, tells Narayani she fears Digvijay’s temper might affect their baby.
Digvijay rejoins the hospital and immediately faces a crisis—his patient suffers another cardiac arrest. He rushes to the OT. Meanwhile, Rani’s doctor gives her good news—she and the baby are doing well. Rani places a hand on her belly, whispering promises of protection, even if her husband is busy. Devu comforts her, saying things will get better. Rani confides that her relationship with Digvijay feels like it’s falling apart, especially after their morning fight. Still, she clings to hope.
Digvijay begins the surgery. Outside, the patient’s son questions his mother’s decision to let Digvijay operate. He becomes agitated and demands to speak with a senior doctor. Alisha steps in, trying to assure him that his father is in safe hands. But inside the OT, things take a turn—the patient’s blood pressure plummets. Moments later, Digvijay walks out and announces that they couldn’t save him.
Chaos erupts. The patient’s son, furious and broken, accuses Digvijay of negligence. He calls him a mad doctor and physically confronts him in front of everyone. Alisha watches, guilt bubbling inside her. She realizes she pushed him into this mess, and despite everything, she’s determined to bring Digvijay back.
