The episode opens with Anisha claiming the viral video is fake and edited using AI. Digvijay doesn’t believe her and says he won’t trust her anymore. Anisha keeps denying everything and says Rani is behind it, but the family turns against her. Pinky tries to stop the police, but they take Anisha away. Narayani tells everyone Anisha betrayed their trust. The police credit Rani for exposing Anisha with solid proof. Narayani also tells them that Digvijay was innocent and Anisha used him. The police agree and ask Digvijay to come to the hospital. On the way, Anisha collapses in the jeep, so they take her to a clinic.
Pinky still believes in Anisha’s innocence and wants to meet her. Digvijay stops her, saying they must wait for the investigation. Baa gets angry and forbids anyone from helping Anisha.
At the clinic, Anisha manages to escape after puncturing the police jeep and leaves in an auto. Meanwhile, Rani tells Mr. Lal that Anisha is under arrest and asks him to give a statement against her. Pinky lashes out at Rani, still convinced that Anisha is not guilty. Rani says the truth will come out, but right now, she has to pick up Dhwani from school. The police arrest Geeta and Shrishti at the hospital.
Anisha reaches Dhwani’s school and lies to the teacher, saying she’s her Devu aunty. The teacher lets Dhwani go with her, but Dhwani says she doesn’t know her. Anisha still takes her forcefully in an auto.
Rani reaches the school and is told that someone named Devu took Dhwani. She calls Devu and finds out it was Anisha. She panics and informs Digvijay that Dhwani has been kidnapped. Anisha puts Dhwani in a van and tells her men to take her away. She asks for the godown key to hide Dhwani and threatens them with a knife. Digvijay arrives, and Rani says she saw the CCTV footage and begs him to help.
Precap: Anisha tells Digvijay to take the blame for the organ racket if he wants Dhwani back.
