The Episode starts with Rani trying to save a young girl in the ambulance. She suggests making an emergency incision in the girl’s throat to clear a blockage. While the patient’s family hesitates and the ambulance staff refuse to assist, Rani goes ahead, determined to save her as the delay could cost the girl her life. Nurse Shanti calls for an update, and Rani informs her that although the blockage has been cleared, the girl’s vitals are still weak. Shanti prepares the operation theatre as Rani continues administering medication en route to keep the girl stable.

Meanwhile, Anisha informs Digvijay that a nurse has taken a risky step without a doctor’s supervision. Alarmed, Digvijay rushes to the hospital. Upon arrival, the girl’s father lashes out at him, threatening legal action. Digvijay assures him he’ll handle everything. Anisha, however, furiously blames Rani and demands her termination along with a fine of 10 lakh rupees. Rani calmly explains that she had no choice and is ready to accept the consequences. Just as Anisha hands over the termination letter, Digvijay intervenes. He stops Rani from leaving and tells everyone that the girl is now safe thanks to the nurse’s timely decision.

Digvijay praises Rani’s presence of mind and tells the father to thank the nurse for saving his daughter. The father expresses his gratitude, and Digvijay tears up the termination letter, declaring Rani’s job is secure. He reminds Anisha that Rani is efficient and brave. Anisha argues, but Digvijay insists Rani did the right thing and even Baa appreciates her. Anisha, wounded by ego, warns him that people might mock her because of this. Digvijay suggests she should’ve discussed things with him privately and instead of targeting Rani, they should support nurses like her.

Later, Rani and Dhwani plan to go for a medical check-up. Rani assures her daughter that her eyes will be fine soon. Pinky discusses wedding attire with Anisha, but Anisha is distracted, still upset about Digvijay siding with Rani. Pinky advises her not to be jealous and to focus on her wedding. She tells Anisha to deal with everything else afterward.

At the same time, Aai prays for Dhwani’s well-being. Anisha, who is attending a medical camp as chief guest, sees Dhwani playing there and realizes she’s the child Digvijay has been searching for. When she approaches the child’s mother to make an impression, she’s shocked to see Rani. Tears roll down Anisha’s face as she understands why Digvijay feels connected to Dhwani. Fearing she might lose him, Anisha decides to hide the truth from Digvijay and leaves the camp under a false excuse.

Digvijay notices something off when a nurse arrives to get his signature on a supply inventory—it’s the same nurse who once stole from the hospital. His suspicion grows as he asks her to double-check the bill. Rani and Dhwani board an auto, unaware that Anisha is secretly following them.
