The episode opens with Rani checking the blood pressure of a patient when a senior accidentally spills tea on her writing pad. Rani grows anxious as she realizes she’ll need to rewrite everything. Dr. Soham reminds the group that it’s already 4 p.m. and they need to speed things up. Things take a worse turn when the same senior spills water on Rani’s phone, causing it to switch off. The senior quietly snaps a picture of Rani with Soham. Digvijay tries calling Rani, but her phone is unreachable. Alisha questions Digvijay about a high-profile case, but he struggles to answer. Sensing something is off, Alisha prods further, and Digvijay admits he’s been trying to reach Rani but her phone is off. Alisha seizes the moment and starts sowing seeds of doubt between Digvijay and Soham, claiming Soham is using Rani to settle an old score.
As the teacher announces a non-stop trip to Ahmedabad, advising everyone to hydrate and use the washroom, Alisha and the senior continue scheming. Alisha tells Digvijay to hand over his phone and focus on the surgery. Rani steps away to use the washroom, but the senior traps her inside and switches the logo on the door, making it look like a storage room. When the teacher goes to check, Rani is nowhere to be found. The senior hopes Soham gets caught up too.
Rani shouts for help. Realizing she’s missing, Soham begins searching. He reaches the washroom but can’t locate her right away. The teacher grows increasingly worried. The senior tries to divert attention, saying his family is calling. Soham attempts to call Digvijay, but he doesn’t answer. He urges the teacher to leave with the rest of the group while he stays behind to find Rani. Moments later, he hears her banging the door, opens it, and gets her out. Soham asks who locked her in, but Rani says she has no idea. She then asks to use Soham’s phone to inform Digvijay. Alisha answers the call and, hiding her intentions, hatches a plan to distance Rani from Digvijay and take her place in his life. Narayani is growing more anxious, wondering why Rani hasn’t returned. She blames Gayatri for always backing Rani. Vijay tries to calm her, suggesting Rani might be stuck in traffic, while Devu tells her Digvijay is tied up with surgery. Pinky, on the other hand, is in awe of Alisha’s cunning.
Soham explains to Rani that getting any transport at this hour is nearly impossible. Rani pleads with him to figure something out. Alisha blocks Soham’s number and informs Digvijay that he had called. She lies, saying Soham told her he and Rani are staying at the camp together. Digvijay calls his mother to share the same. When Narayani questions him, he says he’ll go bring Rani back himself. Alisha continues to stir trouble, warning Digvijay that Soham is taking advantage of Rani and manipulating the situation.
