The Episode starts with Baa refusing to accept Rani’s baby. Narayani reminds her that the child belongs to Digvijay and urges Rani and Digvijay to accept their responsibility. She tells Rani to abandon her dream of becoming a doctor and focus solely on the child. Baa feels betrayed by Narayani, but Narayani makes it clear she won’t support her on this matter. Digvijay asks for privacy with Rani while Narayani tries to calm everyone. Baa declares that time will determine what happens, hinting that she no longer holds importance in the family.
Pinky announces Rani’s pregnancy, shocking Roshan. Madhuri confirms it by pointing out the symptoms. Everyone sympathizes with Rani except Pinky, who angers Roshan. The family reminds Pinky that Digvijay is equally responsible. Alisha overhears Pinky’s conversation and learns that Rani is pregnant, leaving her disappointed.
Neha attempts to provoke the family, but Sagar defends their father. Neha complains about being mocked, and Anant advises her to calm down. He warns Sagar not to let their father call Rani, fearing further humiliation.

Digvijay refuses to involve her in his personal affairs. Pinky tells Alisha that Rani has manipulated Digvijay and urges her to convince him otherwise. Pinky fears that Digvijay will accept the child, while Alisha hesitates to interfere.
Rani finds an old childhood photo and grows emotional. She receives a call from her sister-in-law Manisha, who assures her that their father is well and misses her. Manisha assumes Rani’s in-laws have accepted her and hopes she will still become a doctor. When Rani expresses guilt and sadness, Manisha senses something is wrong.
