The Episode starts with Rani managing her duties at the hospital, though distracted by constant calls from Dhwani. Suddenly, the police ask Rani for patient records. At home, Aai calms Dhwani, explaining her mother must be busy with an emergency. An impatient Dhwani calls again, and Rani finally picks up, explaining she’s treating severely injured patients. Digvijay sees her on the call and warns her to focus or quit. Rani reflects bitterly that despite wanting distance, fate keeps bringing her closer to him.
Anisha tells Narayani that if she truly wants to see her married to Digvijay, she must confront him about marriage when he returns. She claims this is her final chance to know if he loves her. As Anisha leaves for the hospital, Narayani wonders aloud why Digvijay can’t let go
A patient praises Rani and the team for their efforts. Nurse Shanti asks Rani to rest and eat the breakfast Digvijay arranged. Rani wants to leave, but Digvijay insists she stay. Anisha arrives and pulls Digvijay aside. He apologizes for abandoning her at the engagement, but she bluntly says she wants to marry him. Rani overhears the conversation. Just then, a critical patient is rushed in. Digvijay requests the best nurse, and Shanti appoints Rani.
During surgery, Digvijay is surprised to see Rani assisting. He insists she stay with him, and together, they successfully complete the operation. He thanks all the nurses, but Rani quickly exits, disturbed by Anisha’s proposal. Rani tells herself she won’t let emotions weaken her. Later, Digvijay asks Shanti who the assisting nurse was. Shanti praises Rani’s dedication and says she joined just two days ago. He’s intrigued and eager to meet this “Doctor Nurse.”
Shanti informs Rani that Digvijay wants to see her. Rani declines, saying Dhwani is waiting. Shanti urges her to at least speak to him for a minute. As they look for him, they spot Digvijay with Anisha, who drags him home. Rani also leaves. At home, Aai questions her late return, and Rani says she had a surgery. Aai tells her to rest and heads to the temple.
Alone, Rani argues with her own reflection, feeling guilty for hiding the truth from Dhwani. She fears Digvijay would take Dhwani away if he ever found out. She resolves to raise her daughter alone. Her inner voice warns her not to let pride ruin Dhwani’s life. Aai finds her crying. Rani confesses she doesn’t feel like a good mother. Aai comforts her, saying she is. Rani reveals she’s taking Dhwani to a doctor who’s offering surgery at a low cost.
Rani runs into the same police officer again. He questions her about being in the city. She says she works at Medicare Hospital, but her nervousness raises suspicion. The officer calls the hospital to verify her employment and starts keeping an eye on her. Baa’s health worsens. Pinky scolds Digvijay for leaving Anisha alone during the ring ceremony. Ishaan defends him, saying he was working, not partying. Anisha stops the argument, urging them to focus on Baa. Digvijay suggests hiring a nurse for Baa and names the one who assisted him—Rani. Shanti passes the assignment to her.
