The Episode starts with Narayani noticing Gayatri looking upset. Pinky steps in and tells Narayani that Gayatri still wants Rani to return to the house. She complains that Rani has cast some kind of spell over everyone. Gayatri, clearly disturbed, says it doesn’t matter if she’s upset—what matters is what happens next. She’s even ready to disrupt the engagement celebration to prove they are a united family. Baa tries to reassure Narayani, supporting her decision to keep a puja on the day of the engagement. Narayani, in return, says her only concern is the happiness of her children.
Meanwhile, while arranging clothes, Rani comes across an old photo of herself with Digvijay. At the same time, Digvijay looks emotionally torn—he doesn’t want to get engaged to Anisha. Narayani visits
Rani quietly hides the photo she found. Ishaan questions Digvijay—if he doesn’t love Anisha, why is he getting engaged to her? And what if Rani returns? Digvijay replies coldly that Rani means nothing to him now. He waited five years for her answer, and she left without a word. Ishaan presses him further, pointing out how uncomfortable it must’ve been for Rani to see him with his ex right in front of her. Digvijay defends himself, saying he tried to explain things to Rani, but she never listened. The conversation ends with Ishaan wishing him well for his future with Anisha.
As the engagement puja begins, Anisha and Digvijay sit together. A few guests are happy to see them as a couple, but there’s a quiet tension in the air.
At the hospital, Rani begins her night duty and notices Nurse Geeta carrying large boxes. Curious, she follows her and witnesses Geeta exchanging the boxes—apparently filled with medicine—for cash. Suspicious and concerned, Rani decides to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
Back at the engagement, guests compliment Narayani for choosing a wise partner for Digvijay. But Narayani privately admits to Vijay that she knows Digvijay isn’t happy with Anisha—she’s doing this for the sake of her children’s future. As the guests settle in, Baa asks Narayani to call in the couple. Everyone claps as Anisha holds Digvijay’s hand during the ceremony.
At the hospital, patients await Rani’s care. One praises her responsibility and blesses her. Suddenly, a glass breaks and Rani’s finger is cut. Just then, she overhears from other nurses that Digvijay is getting engaged to Anisha. Shocked and heartbroken, Rani hides in a room and breaks down.
At the engagement, Digvijay holds the ring, lost in memories of Rani. She, too, recalls their past, feeling crushed by the betrayal. Wiping away her tears, Rani pulls herself together, questioning why this is happening after so many years. Maybe Digvijay and Anisha were always meant to be. She convinces herself to stop thinking about him.
Just then, Rani receives a call about a medical emergency. She informs Nurse Shanti. Shanti alerts Digvijay, who immediately decides to leave his engagement and rush to the hospital. His sudden exit shocks everyone. Rani sees the flood of incoming patients, and Shanti tells the team that Digvijay left the ceremony for the hospital.
Anisha is furious and starts crying. Pinky tries to comfort her. Anisha, still emotional, says Digvijay should’ve at least completed the rituals. Narayani tries to calm her, explaining that he left due to a real emergency.
At the hospital, Shanti asks Rani to assist Dr. Digvijay. Meanwhile, back at the house, the family apologizes to the guests and promises to invite them again. Gayatri feels bad for Digvijay. Devu says she always puts her faith in Lord Krishna. Ajay tells Vijay that Digvijay wouldn’t have let Rani assist him if she didn’t matter. Vijay admits he doesn’t want Digvijay to live with Anisha out of pressure. Madhuri adds that only Rani can truly make Digvijay happy. Ishaan notes that some still dislike Rani, but Gayatri quietly wishes Rani and Digvijay would reunite.
At the hospital, Rani consoles the worried families of the patients while Digvijay instructs all the nurses to remain on duty for 72 hours. Rani is nervous but knows she has to stay focused and alert.
