The Episode starts with Rani starting her shift, trying to lift the spirits of a disheartened patient who’s lost his entire life’s savings. Though he’s frustrated, Rani offers hope and asks who’s behind his troubles. The patient reveals the name of the builder responsible, and Rani assures him that Kanhaji will set things right. Nurse Shanti announces to all the nurses that Dr. Digvijay is doing surprise rounds and reminds them to stay focused. When Digvijay arrives, he asks Shanti where the new nurses are. She points out that everyone is already at work. Digvijay hands an injection back to Rani and tells her to handle medical equipment with more care.
Pinky asks Anisha about Digvijay’s whereabouts, but Anisha says his phone is switched off. She opens up about her concerns—wondering why Digvijay is getting involved with a child. Pinky brushes it off and tells Anisha to focus on her upcoming wedding. Together, they go to Narayani to talk about the issue.
Meanwhile, Rani confronts the builder harassing Paresh Bhai. She gives him a stern ultimatum: return Paresh’s money or she’ll hand over all the evidence to the Income Tax department. Rani tells Kanti Bhai that she has proof against him and wants him to return everyone’s money. Kanti gives in and promises to make things right.
Back at home, Digvijay returns from work. Narayani comforts him with kind words about Anisha, reminding him how supportive she’s been since Rani left. She tells him Anisha genuinely loves him and deserves a place in their home. When Narayani asks for his decision, Digvijay is speechless. She folds her hands, urging him to say yes. Eventually, Digvijay agrees to marry Anisha, making both Pinky and Anisha elated.
The next morning, Rani wakes up and finds Dhwani missing from bed. She soon discovers that Dhwani has planned a sweet surprise for Mother’s Day. Dhwani proudly says she made the cake herself, and Rani is overwhelmed with happiness. Before cutting the cake, Rani insists they call Aai.
Later, Narayani informs Madhuri and Devu that Digvijay and Anisha’s engagement date has been fixed. Madhuri and Devu are taken aback—they clearly don’t want Anisha as their daughter-in-law. Trying to win hearts, Anisha wishes Narayani a Happy Mother’s Day, and Digvijay joins in. Narayani is overjoyed.
Rani surprises Aai by gifting her a pair of spectacles. Anisha continues to flatter Narayani, feeling triumphant now that Digvijay has agreed to marry her. Narayani is moved by the gifts Anisha and Digvijay bring her. Though she hesitates to accept the gifts at first, she eventually informs them about the engagement preparations.
Rani cuts the cake and lovingly feeds Dhwani, making a heartfelt promise to always stand by her daughter and face the world alone if she must.
Narayani tells Digvijay not to attend the hospital on his engagement day, but he insists on going due to an important surgery. Anisha offers to stay with Narayani all day, leaving Narayani feeling blessed to have her as a future daughter-in-law.
Meanwhile, Dhwani is struggling to decide on a gift for her mother. When Rani’s slippers break, Dhwani decides to buy a new pair for her. After Rani heads to work, Shanti scolds her for being late and warns her to be more responsible. Rani later finds out that Kanti is returning Paresh’s money. Hearing Rani’s voice triggers something in Kanti.
Determined to surprise her mom, Dhwani makes a card but still needs to get the slippers. She sneaks out of the house with the excuse of using the washroom to buy the gift.
Rani, meanwhile, encourages Paresh to stay positive and recover soon. Paresh blesses the anonymous helper, and Rani silently wishes all that goodwill finds its way to her daughter.
While heading out, Digvijay forgets to take his migraine medicine and stops by a medical store. Coincidentally, Dhwani is also there to buy slippers. Digvijay notices her and follows curiously. At the shop, Dhwani is unsure about what to buy, growing increasingly frustrated. The shopkeeper suggests she call her mom—and just then, Digvijay sees her.

Digvijay needs a trained nurse for his surgery. Shanti appoints Rani for the job. Though confused, Rani has no choice but to assist him.

Believe me when I watch Indian serial the question I ask myself is that is this how the Indians live their is there no means for improvement in any serial showing on these television station must especially star plus believe this is really absurd
