The Episode starts with Digvijay taking Rani to the hospital, where she presents CCTV footage to the police showing a ward boy stealing blood from the blood bank in an attempt to frame her. Digvijay wastes no time and drags the ward boy in front of the authorities. Under pressure, the ward boy confesses that he acted on Anisha’s orders to obtain a DNA sample. When the police question him further about Anisha’s whereabouts, he stays tight-lipped, prompting them to take him to the station for further interrogation. Rani and Digvijay then collaborate with the police to trap Anisha in her own game plan.
Later, Digvijay and Rani confront Naina, requesting ID proofs of her staff members due to a potential threat looming over the family. Anisha, pretending to cooperate, assures them she’ll provide the documents. But behind their backs, she fumes. Furious at their demand, Anisha instructs her helper to sabotage Digvijay’s car. She even asks him to plant a microphone, determined to eavesdrop on Rani and Digvijay’s conversations rather than handing over any ID proofs.
Meanwhile, Rani informs Dhwani that she and her father are heading out for jewelry shopping and that Dhwani will be staying with Devu Masi. Madhuri then updates Rani about Devu’s health—she’s down with morning sickness. Rani is surprised to hear that Ishaan has gone out to buy medicine for Devu. She tries to cheer Devu up with some light teasing, joking that Dhwani was quite the troublemaker even while in the womb. However, Madhuri doesn’t take it lightly and retreats to her room, clearly disturbed. Dhananjay notices her distress and learns the reason behind it. Unbeknownst to them, Rani overhears their conversation.
