The episode starts with Kabeer falling on the ground after goons attack him with stick on head. Ganga runs to his rescue. Kabeer murmurs Piya’s name subconsciously. Ganga calls Savita and informs about Kabeer’s attack and she taking him to City Hospital. She informs about it to the whole family.
Geeta’s condition normalizes at hospital. Himesh apologizes her and says he came under Kabeer’s influence and wanted to break marriage. He says he will marry only Piya now. His parents also say that they will fix marriage date soon. Rekha jokes that she was worried that she could not do marriage shopping. Everyone laughs. Piya asks everyone to leave now while she stays with Geeta. Himesh’s family leaves, but Himesh stops and requests not to inform about the

Piya is at the hospital temple when she sees Geeta hurriedly rushing unconscious Kabeer to the operation theater. Piya asks what happened to Kabeer. She tells some goons attacked him, but she reached on time and rescued him. Whole shah family reaches hospital. Neeta asks Ganga about Kabeer. She says doc took him in. Nurse informs that his condition is critical and doc is doing emergency produces. Savita sees Piya there and asks why is she here, if she is not happy after all this. Neeta also starts scolding her. Piya says she is here as her mom is admitted due to heart attack and says she is not responsible for Kabeer’s condition as she even told him that he is wrong and to go back home. Savita continues her allegations. Ganga interferes and says Piya is telling right. Neeta says you poor people are all same. Mahesh says Ganga is not like Piya and her mom, she is working in our house since many years but not even thought of ruling our house. He asks Piya to walk out from there before he loses his control. Piya sadly leaves from there.
Piya comes to Geeta’s room who asks if everything is alright. She says everything is fine. She then goes and checks Kabeer who is still unconscious and doc cleaning his injuries. She reminisces her happier moment with him. Darmiyaan….song plays in the background.
Doctor comes out of OT and informs that Kabeer is out of danger now and as a precaution, he wants to take a CT can of his brain. Savita asks if she can meet him. He says once he is shifted to room, they all can. Piya thanks god for saving Kabeer. Once Kabeer is shifted to room, Savita and Neeta request him to return back home. Kabeer smiles and says in childhood, when he used to do mistake, one used to scold me and another rescue me, but today nobody is taking my side. Mahesh gets irked and says he is talking as if he wants to achieve some big thing and says he is not our son, but that cheap girl’s lover/ashiq. Kabeer asks him to talk sense, else it will be difficult for him to accept Piya as bahu. Jatin says Kabeer that because of him, Shah family’s name is ruined in Baroda. Kabeer says his name is Kabeer and he came out of Shah family when Mahesh sent him out of house.
Piya sadly reminisces Neeta/Savita’s scolding/insult. Geeta smiles emotionally and says she is fulfilling responsibility of son, being a daughter. Piya asks her to rest, else she will scold her like a mother. They both smile.
Mahesh says Neeta that Kabeer has become egoistic and arrogant and asks him world does not run on arrogancy, asks how will he pay hospital bill. Desai comes and says he will pay hospital bill.
Precap: Kabeer says Piya if he does not believe him, he will leave this world. Himesh sees them together holding each other’s hand.
