The Episode starts with Harish blaming pooja for Naren’s decision. Pooja tells Harish that Naren will like Surbhi and asks him not to force Naren. Supriya says she will not let Surbhi marry Naren without his wish. Rahul talks to Guru ji and tells about the happenings. Guru ji says Surbhi will hate Pooja now as no girl can see her would be husband with someone else. He tells that Pooja will soon leave from there. Rahul says you have played Bandu game well. Guru ji disconnects the call and says this game is all of Bandu only. Satish calls Anuj and falls down unconscious because of Guru ji’s poison which he took. Kusum and Anuj come and get worried. Guru ji asks them to call ambulance. Pooja asks Naren to wear shirt. Naren refuses. Pooja asks him to think that he is doing this for her, and asks him to take her comfortably and buy flowers. Guru ji asks Anuj to call Pooja. Anuj calls Pooja and tells that Satish is critical. Pooja says I will come there and panics. Guru ji calls Rahul. Naren asks Pooja what happened? Pooja tells that she has to go to dehradun now and do just as she said. He asks what happened? Pooja don’t tell him and leaves immediately. Rahul thinks how Naren will handle Surbhi now.

Pooja comes to the hospital and see Guru ji there. Guru ji says he is praying for Satish. Doctor checks Satish and says they have to do surgery. He says Dr. Anand is busy today and don’t do surgery on Sunday. Pooja insists him to give his number else she will file negligence case against him. Naren and Surbhi take an auto. Surbhi says we will go in auto. Naren says Pooja asked him to take her comfortably. They sit in auto. Surbhi is irked. Naren asks driver to stop the auto and tells that Pooja asked him to gift flowers to her, and says flowers are same, and buys pooja flower for her. Surbhi is irked. Pooja comes to Dr. Anand’s house and scolds him for having pizza leaving patient. He says he lives Sunday for himself.

Pooja reminds him of his duties towards a patient and asks him to come to hospital. Naren tries to call her. Surbhi asks him to relax and says his friendship with Pooja is strong. Naren says life surprised him. Pooja and Dr. Anand come there. Dr. Anand says he will attend the Patient and goes inside. Guru ji thinks Mohini’s charm worked on doctor also, and thinks she has hit head on the axe. Naren and Surbhi come to the restaurant. Surbhi is irked as Naren takes Pooja name again and again. She says she wants to hear about him. Pooja asks Anuj and Kusum to have tea. Kusum refuses. Pooja convinces her. She gets Naren’s call and rejects it as she is with Kusum. She thinks if I pick his call then he might insist to come here.

Doctor comes out. Pooja asks how is Mama? Doctor says pacemaker is needed, his heart is not working and asks Pooja to make blood arrangements. Anuj says such rare blood group is difficult to find. Naren calls Pooja. Pooja cuts the call and tells Anuj that they shall get blood from blood bank. Naren calls her again. Pooja thinks if I don’t pick his call then he will get tensed.Pooja picks the call. Naren asks where is she and if everything is fine. Pooja says everything is fine and asks did you take Surbhi out. Naren says yes, and asks her to join them. Pooja says she can’t come and is busy. Surbhi is upset.

Precap:
Surbhi says we will have food of your choice. Naren says you are questioning wrong person and asks her to ask Pooja. Later someone informs pooja that blood is arranged. She is happy.
