The Episode starts with Pooja asking Supriya to leave last photo frame as a favor on her. Supriya asks Danish to open the door. He opens the door. Pooja comes inside and admires Naren’s last photo frame. Naina spills water on Naren intentionally and asks him to go and change clothes. She then pour water on floor and lie down on floor, shouts. Naren comes back to her and asks how did this happen. She shouts and asks him to call Dr. Preeti fast. Harsha and Malti ask her to get up. Naren’s photo frame falls down, but Supriya holds his frame with her left hand and returns frame to Pooja. Pooja gets doubtful about her paralysis. She is about to go, sees cover and asks Danish to take it out. Danish takes out clothes, sponge clothes etc. pooja tells her that she will tell her anything and says Naren is having danger. Harsha says she will take Naina to Mayank’s hospital. Supriya says she will call Harish. Pooja asks her to give 48 hours and says if I fail to expose Naina then I will leave from his life. Chandrika says Naren is calling Pooja. Naren tells Pooja that Naina played trick and tells everything. Pooja leaves and changes her get up as Preeti hunter wala. She comes to the hospital and comes to OT. She sees Naina in Doctor’s get up and she tells Pooja that abortion is done. Pooja gets worried.

Naina turns and shows her face. She pulls Pooja’s face mask and takes her snip. She says she will show this pic to everyone and will make her fake abortion real, and says she will tell everyone that you have killed Mayank’s last memory. Pooja says she is not alone, Naren is with her. Naina says I know, but he can’t do anything when a helpless bahu cries. She asks her to either accept the blame and go to jail or commit suicide. She says you will not go alone to heaven and says your husband, saas, sasur and everyone will follow you. Pooja says I can’t let you harm anyone. She runs out and goes to morque. Naina comes there and checks. She says it seems she is not here and goes.

Pooja tries calling Naren, Naina comes and snatches her phone. She says you are trapped. Pooja says truth can’t be hidden. Naina says what is truth which your pic says or my tears. She says she has killed Mayank easily and can kill everyone. She says just a phone call away and truck will ram on Naren. She calls goon and asks him to find out where is Naren? She says tomorrow’s news will be blossoming politician died. Pooja says what you will get. Naina says she will get peace and asks her to fall down on her feet. She says I want you to bear the same pain and humiliation, and suffocates her neck. Pooja agrees to do as she says. Naina asks her to fall down on knees and show her how it feels. Pooja says I am ready to do as you say. Naina says you have to forget Naren and his family. Pooja is silent. Naina says if you don’t leave naren then everyone will kick you out. She smashes heels on her hand and asks her to hurry up, says truck went from garage. Pooja agrees.

Naina says she has done so much and have trapped Vyas family with her innocent act, says she had killed Surbhi and kept her captive in darya gunj and beaten her throughout. She says I acted to be pregnant to defeat you and says I have beaten your mother in law badly and made her paralyzed. Naina asks Pooja to promise that she will not think about this even in dreams. Pooja says I agree your conditions. Naina laughs and says I knew that it was not difficult to defeat you, I knew that your love for naren and family will drown you one day. She says now nobody can stop her from getting Naren and Vyas empire, laughs. Naren is lying down on the stretcher and holds her hand.. He gets up. Naina is shocked.

Harsha slaps Naina for betraying them. Naina keeps knife on Supriya’s neck and asks Naren to target Pooja using medical equipments. Harish, Harsha, Naren, Neelima and others are shocked.
