A hospital is shown..where a boy is shown who was continuously consoling a girl who is crying vigorously..Boy to has tears in his eye’s and is crying from inside but he thinks to stay strong for the girl who is none other then our twinkle..And both is broken from inside as he lost his brother and she lost her husband(areh warna twinj milenge kese,?)..but now in the matter kunj can’t see twinkle in this broken state coz how matter will happen he still Loves her….,,
