Chapter 5:
RECAP: suman comes to dev’s house by sona’s reference to cook food..devakshi cute scenes, shravan comes and he wishes to meet the cook..dev asks sona to call sumo..sumo hesitates…shravan tasted the gulaab jamun and recognises the taste…
Sona: suman..what are u doing..c’mon …mr dixit is calling…
Suman comes out….

Shravan looks on…
Dev: meet her..she is suman…the great chef..who cooked this meal..
Sumo gulps..
Shravan gets up….
Dev: kya hua??
Shr: m sorry..i remembered something..i have to leave…
Telling this he leaves abruptly….suman is in tears..she also leaves….sona notices…
Outside dev’s house…
Shravan was getting inside the car..suman comes out…she looks at him…shravan doesn’t gets in. Instead he bangs the gate and comes in front of her…
Shr: tum nehi sudhrogi… when i met u at the road…i thought u have changed…bt no…
Sumo: i min..u recognised me….

Shr: tumhari yeh manhoos shakal koi kaise bhool sakta hain…
Sumo: shravan please….listen to me..i didn’t knew u were to come here..it was sona..
Shr: stop blaming others…i know u well..
Sumo: shravan ….
Shr: u listen…stay out of my life…just get that in to ur head…
He gets in the car and goes away..sumo also goes..
All this while sona was standing behind..she saw the whole convo…

Scene 2:
Dev was in his room.. sona comes…
Sona: mr dixit…

Dev: yeah…
Soan: aap shravan ko kab se jaante hain..??
Dev: y??
Sona: tell me na..
Dev: when i went to London i met him there..almost 7 year back…
Sona: has he ever shared something with u about his life??
Dev: miss bose..
Sona: its dr. bose…
Dev: yeah..dr. bose…y are u behind him…??
Sona: m not behind him…
She tells him what she saw….
Dev: oh,,so u mean…
Sona: i don’t knw ..i just want to help my friend..suman is a nice girl as far as i know her..
Dev: hold on… i remember shravan was embittered by some incident..he never revealed it though bt i suspected him…
Sona: may be we can help them…mr dixit I need ur help…
Dev: what we will do…
Sona thinks…

Scene 3: next day dev’s office
Dev calls tina…
Tina: yes sir..
Dev: tina…give my the new files..i have to check them once…
Tina: ok sir…
Shravan comes there…. “dev…??”
Dev: shravan..u arey..come na…
Shr: dev… m really sorry for last day…actually..
Dev: its okay…hota hain..
Shr: kya hota hain…
Dev: pyar mein aksar aisa hota hain…
Shr: sorry??
Dev: what….
Shr: what did u mean by that??
Dev: shravan don’t lie to me..achha forget about me..don’t lie to urself..at least..
Shr: dev what are u saying…??
Dev: u love suman right??
Shravan gets a shock…
Shr: what rubbish…
Dev: relax…u loved her..admit that…

Shr: dev…
Dev: see i have no intentions of hurting u..bt…
Shr: it was my past dev…excuse me now…
He fumes and leaves…
Sonakshi sees him leaving..she waves him..bt he didn’t sees her..
Sona gets in dev’s cabin…
Sona : (excited) what happened??
Dev: miss bose….how do u do all this??
Sona: means plan worked?? Yesss….

Dev nods…
Sona: i knew it…
Flash back:
sona tells dev to ask shravan confidently if he loved suma..dev refuses to ask personal question and what if they are proved wrong?? Sona tries to explain…finally dev agrees.
Fb ends
Dev: did u talk to suman…
Sona: yes…
Dev: what she said..
Sona: she said she will meet me at the cafe..and we shall discuss there..
Dev: ok..
Sona: m going..bye…
Dev: miss bose…

Sona: yeah..
Dev: all the best
Sona smiles

At the cafe:
Sona was waiting for suman…
Suman comes…they exchange a normal smile
Sona: i know it would be very annoying bt m asking directly…. “what is between u and shravan”??
Sumo: sonakshi,,,,
Sona: plzzz …don’t misunderstand me..bt yesterday i saw both of u outside mr dixit’s house…
Suman keeps quite….
After sometime…she says “me and shravan know each other from childhood…from school days…he was a very good friend of mine…he also thought the same for me..bt I… u knw I was such a selfish girl then…..he always helped me whenever i needed..bt I was ungrateful …. i sort of took him for granted… and one day… I crossed all my limits… it was our farewell party… I was very excited…I dressed up nicely..and went there…every body looked pretty well.. we all were enjoying the party when..the lights went off…. out of blue a spot light glowed …under that was shravan…I was stunned…. he gave a long speech…regarding his life and the people involved…then i don’t now from where he came to me sat on his knee nd said I LOVE U SUMO …. now i was more than shocked ..i never expected something like that.. i before i could say something i could sense people giggling… at that point of time my prestige was more that my frndship..in the heat of the moment I insulted him so much… everyone mocked at him… we again began to enjoy the party..bt he was there heartbroken…believe me sonakshi..i knew i had done wrong..i next day i went to his house as well to say sorry…bt by that time..he had left for London…”
For a minute or so..there was all silent…sona didn’t knew what to answer….
Sona: suman…. i guess he is still hurt…bt u know the best part..he still loves u…
Sumo: thats impossible..
Sona: y??

Sumo: he hates me..
Sona: we cant hate someone..unless we love that person…
Sumo: bt…
Sona: at least u can try to be frnds right??
Sumo nods..
Sona: ok then don’t worry…I have to leave now for some important work..catch u up later..
Sumo: thanks…nd yeah bye..
