Hanuman takes Minnie to college and asks her to stay outside while he meets principal and request for her college admission. Minnie stands aside. Preet rushes to her and asks where is Hanuman uncle. Minnie says he went in to meet principal, she is worried thinking what Babes must be facing in factory. In factory, Babita sees employees missing. Satnam enters with employees cracking jokes. Babita confronts Satnam, but he yells that she cannot forces workers to work and they need rest. He takes workers away. Babita sees another worker continuing his work and asks what is his name, if he is a new worker. He says his name is Munna and he was on leave. She asks his age. He says his mom says he is 25 year old now, he had gone to his village Pind for his sister’s marriage who dresses up like

Babita and looks like her. Babita asks if he is missing his sister. He says girl has to marry and go to her in-laws’ house. She asks if he knows all work. He says yes and reveals that Satnam was eyeing on supervisor job and conspired to restricate previous supervisor, he is more jealous that boss Trilok hired a female supervisor over him, he will not let her work easily. She gets an urge to use washroom and rushes out holding her bag. Munna asks her to return soon as workers will not work without her presence. Babita reaches old lady’s house and finds it locked, so she rushes to nearby restaurant.

Ashok with Meeta is busy in business meeting with his client in same restaurant. Client asks Ashok if he will get his wife also in business. Meeta asks what is wrong in it. Ashok says client means in India, it is difficult to get any work done without bribe and especially women can’t handle it easily. Meeta says she has handled business in London earlier and is well experienced. Manager catches Babita and scolds her for using washroom without being a guest. Meeta signals Ashok who walks to Manager and says Babita is with him. Manager apologizes him. Babita says she does not know who the man is and does not need anyone’s help, so she is ready to pay fine for using washroom. Manager takes her out and apologizing her for being rude says he has to answer his bosses, so if she can buy anything from restaurant to be entitled to use restaurant’s restroom or parking area. She reminisces taking loan from Nayeem Bi and says she does not want to buy anything. He says she has to buy something at least worth 100 rs. She picks money from her bag and it falls down. Meeta walks to them and warns manager that he cannot verbally harass any lady, else she can call police. Babita says she does not need her help and asks manager to get snacks he ordered. He gets samosa and chena/sweet. She says she came get same, takes parcel and walks away. Meeta returns to Ashok. Ashok confronts her for supporting Babita, though Babita she was very arrogant and insulted her. Meeta says Babita is hurt emotionally and her reaction was obvious, she is seeing confident Babita instead now.

Babita returns to factory reminiscing whole hotel incident. She checks her money and thinks how will she manage with so less money. Satnam returns with workers encouraging them to revert back if someone confronts them. Angry Babita confronts him to stop spoiling workers and they cannot misuse their lenaniancy, they are accountable for their work. Satnam says a woman cannot order them. Babita says she is their supervisor and can order them. He says she does not have any support. She says she has her daughter’s support who will never let her down and will always be her side. Satnam asks if her drama is over. She says not yet and challenges that let us see if a woman wins or a egoistic male who is hesitant to take orders from a woman.
