Court hearing continues. Judge says Babita’s alimony and maintenance demands are valid. Madan says it is invalid as Babita is characterless. Babita sits shattered. Mini reaches court and requests constable to let her in as her mother is inside. Constable says he cannot let her in without pass. Khatri walks in showing pass. Mini asks why did he come here and calls Babes. Judge hears sound outside and asks constable to not let anyone in and close door. Hanuman brings passes, but constable closes door. Madan continues alleging that Babita is having an affair with inspector Hanuman Singh since 10 years. Judge warns Madan that he will not let a lady’s character assassination here and it is clear that Ashok does not want to give alimony, so he is maligning his wife’s characters, asks if he should finalize case or give next date. Madan says next date. He warns Ashok again that he can clearly see that Ashok does not want to give any alimony or maintenance, so he is character assassinating an innocent lady; it is his right to fight case, but if he uses vulgar language in his case, he will not spare him and will fine him and Madan. Madan takes Ashok out.
Babita walks out of court room. Mini asks what happened inside. Tirath says judge gave next date. Mini takes writ petition from Tirath and is shocked to read Ashok’s allegation. She confronts Ashok how can he stoop so low. Ashok starts Babita’s character assassination right there and alleges Hanuman that he is having affair with Babita, so he is protecting her. Hanuman warns to shut his mouth, but Ashok continues and asks Khatri if Babita did not have affair with him. Babita shatters more hearing that. Sukhi tries to stop Ashok, but he continues. Mini asks Lovely and Sukhi to take Ashok from there, but Ashok still continues and says he knows Babita well as he has seen her with and without clo… Mini shouts and cries loudly. Meeta walks away from there followed by Ashok, Lovely, and Sukhi. Mini takes Babita home and she walks in locality like a dead body. Whole locality watches her. Once in home, Mini locks door from inside. Babita pours water on her herself compulsively; Mini tries stop her, but in vain.
Ashok returns home. Biji gives him a tight slap. He walks to his room where Meeta warns him not dare not touch him, he is not the same man she loved and kicks him out of room. On the other side, Babita continues compulsively pouring water on her body, Mini fails to stop her.
Precap: Mini tells Hanuman that her Babes has shattered into pieces hearing Papaji’s allegations.

Judge understand everything about Babita.. And how Ashok, and his lawyer is diverting the case. Why Ashok showing that much Anger on Babita… Very cheap character and having so much dare.. Ready to fight with Hanuman(police).
Ashok himself failed in his career.. And he is not at all rich neither has wisdom.
Always shows anger on Babita without any reason. Instead Babita has to show the Anger.
She has put a case like he was characterless.

This is the bitter reality. Mistresses and the likes of Sonny Leone get more respect than a kind and simple lady like Babita.
Finally judge didn’t fall in lawyer words, he is good… And I am too angry on Ashok, after 17-18 yrs just for not giving money he is allying babita badly….??????????

Omg such an emotional episode!!! Ashok has assassinated his own character by saying those things against Babita. And poor Babita she just becomes a statue afterwards but hats off to the acting. One quick question anyone know what the title of the background song is when Mini started crying.

Millions of girls and women were not only kidnapped, but openly gang-raped, sold into prostitution.

Sad reality is that today is no different, Males (esp in Punjab) are allowed to be worse than these evil losers from partition.

In 1947 Partition, households, communities, etc were shattered, especially with brutal, public rapes (my grandparents suffered and even my elder aunts and uncles are traumatized to this day).
Similarly, this “male” shattered and emotionally raped his wife in public. And the serial is in Punjab (Patiala, Punjab) Hence this was a fitting song.
Very heart-touching episode! In yesterday’s episode Judge understand Ashoke and Madan doing all this for just not paying alamini! Even judge warns Ashoke and Madan. Yesterday, I just want to give tight slap to Ashoke! I loved Mita’s reaction. I will be more happy if Mita slapped Ashoke!
It’s rare to see judge is not a bicau like the lawyers. As for ashok there are no words for him. He is liwof the lowest shows his desperation. Hope he ends with egg on his face. Babita u are disgusted by what
Ashok said about u. Now u have washed off his feelings his touch, now realize what your daughter has been telling u all this time about the world outside your four walls. If your husband can say nasty things about then others will do the same. Take off you rmangalsutra throw it on ashoks face and live again. Truly I hope she gets that courage to take a step forward.
Today episode is so awesome. And also the way mini reacted on his father on behalf of her mother is just amazing. Babita should also react and give a tight slap infront of all. In today world man tarnished a lady character so easily. The producer of this shows depict this problem in a very well manner and also the cast of this show is so awesome
Ashok is a characterless man that had an extra marital affair. He is a manipulative jackass that cares for no one but himself. I see the future of this serial. I see Hanuman and Babita in love and married and Ashok and his family lost in life with nothing else but an empty house. I also see Meeta going back to London after realsing that Ashok can love no one else but himself.
Spineless men like Ashok do this very often. They know they are weak and pathetic. What’s the easiest way of getting away from every guilt and wrong you have done? Just bark and defame others. But what Ashok has done is not worth redemption. He basically stripped his own wife naked in front of everyone. Yes, his wife. Still his wife.
What shall we expect from men like him? Nothing. I cried watching Mini screaming like hell. I am still crying. Why wouldn’t she? It’s her mother.
Let’s see. Ashok loves Mita. Okay. Divorce and get married to her. Fine. Not a big deal.
But Babita is not just Babita, his wife. She is the mother of his child. Mother!
There has to be some level of respect. Not that she deserves it, she does deserve it. But she is a woman.
Mita must leave this spineless man right away. Who knows Mita could be Ashok’s next victim of abuse?
I pity him.
Babita must now stand for herself and her daughter. Ashok? Not worthy. Mini? Definitely worthy.

Intense episode, totally disgusted by Ashoks’ behaviour – but curious did anyone else notice that Khatri looked a little embarrased and sad? i hope he turns around – And someone should ask Ashok how he would feel if someone did this to his sister or his daughter .
I must comment today my husband and I was crying while this episode was going on ..very intense and Babita and Mini’ s acting was superb…Hope Jodha will be back now and fight against her husband and his other woman goes back to London
