Khatri asks Babita and Nayeem Bi to explain their ordeal, he may help them. Nayeem bi says they need lots of money and he cannot help. Babita asks her to keep silent. Nayeem bi continues that their problem is because of him, they got a big police department catering contract. Khatri says he can finance them. Babita says she would rather take bank loan. Khatri says it is not easy to take bank loan, she needs collateral security of property or jewelry. Nayeem bi says she will keep her house as collateral and would be happy to help during her last days. They both return home. Babita hesitates to keep Nayeem bi’s house as collateral security. Nayeem bi with her emotional speech convinces Babita and over phone informs Khatri that she would rather take bank loan.

Khatri informs Kartar

and seeks his and Kartar’s help to convince Babita and Nayeem bi. They both get reluctant and say they will not let him do business with a woman who insulted Khatri. Khatri says without money, they cannot even buy their makeup item and colorful clothes. After a lot of convincing, they both agree to take partnership proposal to Babita as their own. They reach Nabita’s house and try to convince Babita and Nayeem bi with their sugar-coated speech, but Babita tells Nayeem bi that she feels Khatri and Kartar sent them. Nayeem bi says she is right and rejects their offer. They walk away yelling that Babita is trying to snatch old woman’s house. Once they leave, Babita says they are right and she is not yet convinced to mortgage Nayeem bi’s house. Nayeem bi asks not to pay attention to them.

In police station, Laala tells Hanuman that he has a waste agricultural land in his village which he wants to sell and fund Babita’s business. Hanuman asks why he is so concerned about mother and daughter. Laala says he and his fiance will do partnership with Babita and will earn a handsome money, it is better to get scolded by Hanuman than being pampered by Babita. Hanuman asks him to march fast and sending him out of his cabin thinks people want to leave police job and become cooks, god save them.

Minnie attends college lecture, engrasped in thoughts. After lecture finishes, lecturers gives lunch break. Minnie sits in class engrasped in thoughts. Lecturer asks if she will not take break. Minnie says she joined midterm and will sit and study. Lecturer leaves. Manmeet with his friends see Minnie alone in class room and says now he will teach her a lesson. He locks door from inside. Minnie sees that and warns him to get out, else she will trash him brutally with her karate moves. Manmeet says whole college knows she is karate champion, he will not do anything. She asks what will he do then. He unbuttons his shirt and crumples his hair. Preet does not see Minnie at her usual place and asks Mickey if he saw Mickey. He says no. They see students gathered outside Minnie’s class and knocking door. Lecturer also walks in and asks them to get into class. Preet says someone has locked door from inside Manmeet opens door with unbuttoned shirt and crumpled hair. Minnie stands tensed.

Precap: Babita agrees to take Khatri and Kartar’s wives as business partner with 2 conditions. Khatri says Babita is a fish which is trapping herself into his net.
