Ashok and his family arrive at the engagement. Preet’s grandpa praises Babita for helping them on last moment. Biji is not pleased and says so Babita now started cooking for other families. Papaji says he’s happy that Babita is becoming independent. There is nothing wrong in cooking, at least she is not begging to others for money. He’s glad that he will finally get to eat food prepared by Babita.
Kittu’s mother is not happy with arrangements and tells Kammo it’s good that she didn’t bring other guests from Canada. Khatri and Kammo get shocked knowing Babita did catering. Kammo says why she didn’t tell this to their partners. Khatri says when he went to her, she clearly refused and now wants to take all profit. He goes to her to enquire about the same.
Kittu’s mother asks Rano to bring Preet. Preet comes with Minnie and Bobby. Kittu is shocked and unhappy.
Hanuman comes and doesn’t find anyone there. Lala reminds him about Preet’s engagement. Hanuman says house feels lonely without them. Lala says he got reply of his love letter from his wife. Hanuman asks him to read it out, but Lala is feeling nervous. Hanuman brings alcohol and says that will help. Lala says he said no alcohol as long as Babita and Minnie are there. Hanuman says they will be late, so it’s okay. While drinking, Hanuman says there is nothing that he has to hide. Lala says that’s impossible, there is always something that one hides from himself as well. He asks him to think deep. Hanuman sees Babita’s face.
Babita goes to attend guests and make sure they are getting served. Guests asks her since when she started catering business. She says since Minnie encouraged her. She used her talent in a business. Guests ask her to attend her ex-in-laws as well. She goes to them and asks everyone what they want. In end, she asks Ashok, referring him as a sir. He says he doesn’t want anything. She still asks a waiter to serve him a cold drink.
Engagement ceremony starts. In middle, Kittu quietly tells Preet that he told her to stay away from Minnie, then why did she invite her? She is not listening to him from now only. What she will do after marriage. He expects his partner to listen to him. Preet recalls Minnie’s words how she will stay happy if she has to compromise with her self-respect. Kittu questions Minnie and Babita’s reputation and asks Preet she will keep relation with them? If she invites Minnie and Babita in marriage, then he won’t marry. Preet shouts then don’t marry her. Everyone is shocked. Preet continues everything has a limit. Since they met, he is putting condition after condition. Now enough. She is not his slave. Minnie feels proud. Preet continues there is no need to threaten her that he will call of the marriage. She is not dying to marry him either. Who he is to break her and Minnie’s friendship? Minnie jumps in joy and asks Bobby where this Preet was since so many days. Bobby says it’s all because she came back. She cheers for Preet. Kittu asks Preet that she will fight with him for Minnie? Preet says yes, why not. Minnie is her best friend. No matter how much they fought, only Minnie and Babita are standing with her today. He left threatening her. Why she should let her friendship go. He says he is breaking up with her right now. She says he doesn’t need to, she will break alliance herself.
She then goes to Minnie and says she was right. Your happiness is in your hands only and she was looking her happiness with Kittu. She shouldn’t marry a guy who takes his partner as his property. Kittu tells Rano is she seeing how Preet is arguing with her to-be husband. He then tells his mother that she wanted a sanskaari Indian daughter-in-law. These are sanskaari people. Preet and her characterless friend Minnie. Bobby shouts at him asking him to shut up else he will forget he is their guest. Kittu says he knows from where he is getting courage. He knows girls like Minnie very well. Rano slaps him and asks him not to say a word about Preet, Bobby, and Minnie. They are her children. Babita is happy to hear that. Rano asks Kittu to leave before she loses her temper. She can’t give her daughter to devil like him. Kittu’s mother says this is very wrong and asks Kittu to leave from there. Kittu and his guests leave.
Rano apologizes to Preet. She then tells Babita that she has given a very good upbringing to Minnie. If every mother could do that, then no boy could threaten a girl like Kittu did. Nor any Ashok could betray Babita. Babita looks at Ashok. He feels bad and leaves from there.
Rano apologizes to Babita and Minnie for saying nonsense. Minnie asks her not to apologize like that. In fact, she is sorry for being so rudely to her. Preet’s grandpa asks everyone to cheer up and asks everyone to go after eating.
Hanuman and Lala are in drunken state. Lala is set to leave. Hanuman asks how he can leave him. He didn’t even open love letter yet. Lala says let it be. Hanuman then shares his feelings with him that he watches Babita secretly. He enjoys doing that. He feels like she’s Imarti only. Lala says he feels he started liking Babita and he should propose Babita.
Precap: Hanuman and Minnie decide to protect Babita from people like Khatri. Other side, Babita tells Nayeem Bi that she knew Khatri would betray her and she was prepared.
