Surinder while talking to Simran gets emotional remembering principal’s warning to pay children’s 1 year’s fees within 2 days, else to take back their names. Simran asks what happened. Surinder tells about school fees. Simran asks if she can help. Surinder says she will manage and tells encouraging words instead. She tells Ria will be fine and she should trust her upbringing.
Surinder goes home and sees Kulvinder going out and asks where is he going. He says to arrange school fees. He goes to his friend, tells about school fees and says he needs money. Friend asks how much. Kulvinder says 5 lakhs.
Simran tells Raj that she will manage MIL’s religious party tonight. He asks if she is sure. She says yes. Ria gets her friend’s call and she promises to meet them. She calls Jogi home and tells she wants to fly kite with him. He lies Simran that they have student of the year competition at school and is taking Ria to school for practice. Simran asks them to come back before 8 p.m. when daadi’s guests come. They promise and leave.
MIL comes home and Simran gets busy cooking. Surinder brings samosas and other snacks. MIL praises her that she handles everything well. Surinder says Simran is better mother than her and the way she takes care of business and Ria is amazing. MIL taunts she can see it. Surinder says Ria is allrounder in academics and extracurricular activities, she wants Jassi to become like Ria and wants Simran to become Jassi’s mother for something. MIL angrily looks at Simran.
Ria walks Jogi on road. Jogi flirts with her. She gets into her friend’s car. Jogi says what will he tell Simran aunty now. She says it is his problem and leaves in car.
MIL asks Simran where is Ria. Simran says she went with Jogi to practice for student of the year competition. Surinder says Jogi did not inform her about it. MIL yells. Surinder says not to worry they will come back by 8 p.m.
Surinder goes home and sees Kulvinder sadly returning home. She encourages him that they will arrange school fees at any cost.
Precap: Ria beats a boy on road and police arrests her. A man gives 5 lakhs to Kulvinder and asks to pay his children’s fees.
