Sanju fails to find anything suspicious in the agreement, while Neeti praises Prithvi for silencing Parvati and turning the game in his favor. Parineet suspects Prithvi is acting out of personal revenge, and Ambika warns that he’s not to be underestimated. Though Ambika is reluctant to attend a party, Parineet insists on maintaining appearances to avoid showing weakness. Sanju agrees.
Parineet reveals she saw Prithvi requesting access to their company data, but Ambika assures it’s secure. Still, Sanju is cautious, believing Prithvi will try other means. Meanwhile, Neeti continues to admire Prithvi’s business tactics and believes she’ll gain more by siding with him. However, Neel warns she doesn’t truly understand Prithvi’s intentions.
Prithvi admits to Neeti that his actions weren’t just about becoming CEO but were part of a larger diversion strategy. Ambika suggests they act indifferent toward him at the party to frustrate him further.
At home, Neeti tells Bebe and Gurinder that Prithvi becoming CEO will benefit her the most, as he plans to hand everything over to her eventually. Prithvi emotionally recalls his late wife and dresses in her favorite color.
Later, at the party, Malhotra greets the group and mocks Sanju over his delayed CEO confirmation. Neeti tries to bring Prithvi along, but he declines, instead showing her an access card he plans to use to ruin Parvati.
At the event, Ambika and Parineet taunt Neeti for supporting Prithvi. Ambika warns she’ll regret it when he betrays her. Meanwhile, Prithvi catches Daljeet snooping in Parineet’s cabin and uses the access card to open her locker—triggering the alarm.
