Neeti threatens to slit her wrist, blaming Parineet for taking Sanju away. Parineet tries to calm her, but Neeti lashes out, accusing her of betrayal. Sanju dismisses Neeti’s suicide threats, saying he won’t fall for her emotional drama again. He warns her that suicide is a crime and walks out. Frustrated, Neeti lashes out at Gurinder and Bebe, who refuse to support her any longer.
Ambika reassures Parineet that Neeti won’t harm herself. Meanwhile, Neeti calls Prithvi and urges him to stop Parineet from appointing Sanju as CEO. Prithvi assures her he has a plan. Later, Neeti taunts Parineet over the phone, but Parineet mocks her suicide threats, standing her ground confidently.
As Parineet and Ambika prepare to welcome Sanju as CEO, Prithvi crashes the event, revealing he has bought 26% of the company shares. Neeti backs him up with documents. Sanju is upset with Neeti’s actions. A clash arises between Sanju and Prithvi over the new project, leading to a challenge—whoever wins the pre-booking will retain the CEO title. Parineet vows not to take Prithvi lightly and to defeat him.
