Neeti questions Nisha if she’s willing to go against her own mother for Aditya. Nisha nods and declares she wants to marry him. In response, Neeti locks Nisha inside a room. Nisha pleads to be let out, but Neeti ignores her.
Meanwhile, a gang leader learns that Preet saved Sushama, causing them to miss their target. Preet, unaware of the full situation, regrets not meeting Sushama sooner due to being caught up helping an elderly woman. A nurse informs Preet that Sushama has lost a lot of blood and urges her to contact the blood bank immediately.
Aditya calls Preet, and she urgently asks him to come to the hospital. He asks about his grandmother, and Preet assures him the treatment is ongoing—she’ll wait until he arrives. The goons arrive at the hospital pretending to ask about Sushama, but the receptionist denies any such patient. When Aditya reaches, the nurse confirms his grandmother’s treatment is in progress. He bumps into Preet, and the two share a brief eye lock.
Back at home, Nisha screams from the locked room. Gurinder asks Bhavya who locked her in, and Bhavya reveals that Neeti did. Gurinder demands the keys and frees Nisha. Shocked, Gurinder asks Nisha why Neeti did such a thing. Nisha reveals that Neeti wants Sushama dead. Gurinder is stunned. Nisha reaffirms that she wants to marry Aditya.
Later, Aditya teases Preet for always walking with her eyes closed and falling into his arms. She jokes back, and both exchange playful remarks before parting ways. Preet accidentally bumps into the goon again while rushing to find blood. They both feel a sense of familiarity but move on.
Meanwhile, Gurinder confronts Neeti, asking her to consider Nisha’s happiness. She reminds Neeti that Nisha is her daughter and deserves everything in life. She praises Aditya’s background and wealth, calling him the perfect match for Nisha. Neeti then shows Gurinder a news article revealing that Sushama has made Aditya the chairman and CEO. Gurinder is thrilled, saying if Nisha marries Aditya, she will become a queen with no competition and her business will flourish.
Neeti urges Gurinder to ensure the wedding is finalized smoothly and instructs her to keep their rivalry hidden from the marriage agency. Meanwhile, hospital staff tells Sarada that Sushama is fond of Preet and is determined to get her married to Aditya. Sarada wonders if it’s really possible. The staff member says her mother always believed Sushama’s words came true, as if Goddess Saraswati resided in her speech.
Aditya enters the ICU but is asked to wait outside. The nurse tells him that Preet saved his grandmother by bringing her to the hospital just in time and has now gone to arrange for blood. Aditya sets off to help, only to learn from the nurse that Preet already managed everything. He feels immense gratitude toward her.
Back at home, Gurinder opens the door to Nisha and tells her that Neeti has agreed to the wedding. Neeti adds that Aditya is perfect for the family and business. Nisha, however, realizes that she must stop the goons before they expose the truth—that Neeti hired them to kill Sushama.
