Sanju and Parineet arrive at Gurpreet’s house with their baby, Preeth. Overjoyed, Gurpreet embraces her granddaughter for the first time while Babli admires the child. But when invited inside, Sanju and Parineet hesitate—something is wrong.
Meanwhile, Neeti goes into labor, and Gurinder anxiously waits. When the nurse announces the birth of a baby girl, Bebe rushes in, overjoyed. Gurinder celebrates becoming a grandmother, wishing Sanju were there to see his daughter. Parminder remains silent, lost in thought.
Back at Gurpreet’s, Parineet refuses to enter, entrusting her baby to Gurpreet’s care. She reveals their lives are in danger, but Kalyani has predicted safety in three days. With a heavy heart, Parineet tearfully leaves her daughter behind.
At the hospital, Neeti, disappointed by Sanju’s absence, grows suspicious of Parminder’s silence. Returning home, Neeti struggles with postpartum emotions, irritated by her baby’s cries. Sukhwinder reassures her, believing the child will reunite her with Sanju.
Meanwhile, Kalyani warns Sanju and Parineet to stay hidden for three days—any step outside could be fatal. As Gurpreet and Babli prepare to leave with Preeth, Parminder spots them and wonders about the baby’s identity.
Neeti, consumed by suspicion, vows that if the child is Sanju’s, she won’t let her go. With danger looming and secrets unraveling, will love or betrayal decide these babies’ fates?
