The auction begins with Parvati and Prithvi competing fiercely, both locking their bids at 150 crores. Prithvi requests a chance to present his terms and conditions, claiming that if his offer is better, the project should be his. Parvati agrees, but upon hearing his terms, she is shocked—they are identical to hers, word for word. She realizes he has stolen her quotation and steps away to make a call.
Neeti taunts Parvati, suggesting she must be feeling the sting of defeat. However, Parvati confidently retorts that Neeti has no right to talk about failure when her own life is in shambles. She declares that stealing her files won’t help Prithvi win, as she always has a backup plan.
Meanwhile, as the auction committee prepares to finalize Prithvi’s deal, Parvati intervenes, revealing that the hotel in question has an ongoing legal case and cannot be sold or auctioned. This revelation forces the committee to halt proceedings, and Parvati taunts Prithvi for not doing proper research, saving him from a massive financial loss. She exposes to the media that Prithvi stole her files, leading reporters to bombard him with questions.
Later, Prithvi confronts Ambika, declaring that Parvati is fake and that he will soon expose her. Meanwhile, Neeti discovers an old photo and realizes that Parvati is actually Parineet, back for revenge. She informs Bebe, who confirms that the photographs found in Sanju’s room prove Parvati’s true identity. Determined to confront Neeti, Parvati tells Sanju that Neeti stole her file and prepares for a showdown.
