Neeti tells Gurinder that today is a very important day for her and she cannot come to the hospital. Gurinder responds that she already knew this, and that if it wasn’t urgent, she wouldn’t have contacted Neeti. Neeti shares that it’s Nisha’s engagement day and insists Gurinder stop referring to “him” as her husband. She refuses to leave the engagement midway, frustrated as Aditya has already fallen sick, leaving her confused about what’s happening, then disconnects the call.
Meanwhile, Harjot informs Gurleen that Aditya went to save Preet, explaining that she reached out to him only because she didn’t know what else to do when Preet was in danger. Gurinder is upset, and Parineet rushes to her side to help. Harjot tells Gurleen that since Aditya risked himself for them, they must handle the situation now. Aditya, deeply worried, is relieved as Preet regains consciousness.
Elsewhere, Sushama urges Gaurav to open the door because he’s running a high fever, but he blames Aditya for being stuck and worries about being caught if he tries to leave. Gurleen sneaks in through the window to help, and Sushama explains that Aditya hasn’t opened the door.
Parineet overhears a nurse gossiping that Gurinder, despite being a mother, neglects her sick son and hasn’t arranged treatment or called his wife. The nurse complains that Gurinder values money over her own child. The compounder scolds her for gossiping, reminding her to focus on caring for patients. Parineet then meets Shilpa, who reveals that she saw Sanju. Feeling an odd connection, Parineet expresses her wish to meet him and decides to stay by his side until he wakes.
Later, Parineet confronts Gurinder about her treatment of her son, asking if she loves him. She says that her bond with Sanju feels unbreakable, even if she may be crossing a line. Gurinder is stunned that Parineet is alive and wishes to clear her name. She stops Parineet to insist she wasn’t behind the attempt on her life—Neeti was responsible. Unmoved, Parineet criticizes Gurinder for not staying with her son during his medical crisis and storms off in anger, prompting Gurinder to realize she must inform Neeti of what’s unfolded.
As Preet wakes, she’s initially shocked to be alive and thanks Aditya for saving her, only to realize her clothes have changed and begins recalling the incident. When Gurleen manages to unlock the door, Sushama questions her presence in Aditya’s bathroom, to which Gurleen lies, saying she’s just there to clean her dupatta. Neeti scolds her, and Nisha demands to know Aditya’s whereabouts.
Finally, when Preet pushes Aditya away, she accuses him of taking advantage of her vulnerability and threatens to harm herself. He stops her, arguing that he saved her life and that she should not blame herself, reiterating that she means everything to him.
