Neeti assures Sarada that she will help organize Preet’s wedding in a grand manner, but mentions they need money for it. She mocks that Preet is already begging rich men. Preet, offended, reminds Neeti that they don’t insult guests in her home but says Neeti doesn’t deserve their respect and asks her to leave quietly. Neeti retorts that they should be thanking her for offering help, claiming even Preet’s mother has realized she deserves nothing better and rushed into marrying her off to Mohit.
Preet defends her mother and says no one has the right to insult her. Neeti is taken aback by how much Preet reminds her of Parineet. Preet says Neeti still doesn’t understand—unlike her, they don’t treat guests with contempt. She adds that they don’t need Neeti’s help and unlike her, her
After Neeti storms off, Sarada asks about the power cut. Preet brushes it off, saying they’re getting late for the function. Meanwhile, Aditya confides in Gaurav, unsure how to confess his feelings to Preet now that she’s getting married. Parth interrupts, informing him that Sushama is calling. Disheartened, Aditya leaves and accidentally bumps into Preet, who’s struggling with heavy boxes. He asks a waiter to help her. Nisha is pleased to see Aditya, and Neeti gathers people to dance. She intentionally makes Aditya dance with Nisha, leaving Preet hurt.
Aditya follows Preet, trying to explain his pain and asking for a chance to confess his feelings. Preet silences him by placing her hand on his mouth. Nisha sees them and is heartbroken. Her friends rush to inform Neeti.
Preet tells Aditya that things are already messy and she doesn’t want more confusion. She walks away. Sarada then asks her to fetch some items from home using the car. Hari overhears this. Aditya, feeling rejected, resolves to stop chasing Preet and to accept Nisha. He tells the DJ to play a song to celebrate.
Meanwhile, Nisha informs Neeti about seeing Preet close to Aditya and suspects the engagement may not go smoothly. She calls Preet her “sautan.” Neeti is reminded of Parineet and Sanju and bitterly thinks sautan always wins, like Parineet did.
Jasleen appears, and Neeti scolds her for allowing Preet to attend. Jasleen defends the decision, explaining the past catering issue wasn’t Preet’s fault—the drinks were spiked by a waiter not from their team. Neeti encourages Nisha to enjoy her engagement and then secretly orders Hari to make sure Preet doesn’t return alive.
As this unfolds, Preet hears Aditya dedicating a song to his future wife, unaware of the danger lurking ahead.
