Ambika informs Parineet that the banker called to report Prithvi submitted the exact same quotation as theirs, raising suspicions about whether Sanju leaked the information. Meanwhile, Neeti tells Prithvi that although Sanju has earned his trust, it’s unfair to keep doubting him. She defends Sanju, saying she can no longer question his loyalty. At the same time, Ambika confides in Parineet that although she knows Sanju loves her, she fears he might unknowingly betray them while working for Prithvi. Parineet, however, assures Ambika that while it appears Prithvi and Neeti are winning, she has outsmarted them and will ultimately secure the tender.
Later, Neeti praises Sanju for convincing Prithvi of his loyalty. Sanju, frustrated, accuses her of putting on an act of trust. He admits he despises Prithvi and only shared the quotation to prove his commitment to her. Sanju insists he is tired of the games and wants to walk away. Neeti explains that her previous suspicion stemmed from Sanju’s kindness toward Parineet, given her past experiences of betrayal. Sanju, pretending to be upset, manipulates her emotions before leaving. Neeti believes Sanju is still coming back to her and vows to snatch him away from Parineet.
Sanju later meets Parineet and apologizes for upsetting her. Parineet, in turn, admits she felt jealous seeing him with Neeti. Sanju is touched by her possessiveness and apologizes again for sharing their quotation. Parineet reassures him that she anticipated Prithvi’s move and has taken measures to protect their company from any fallout.
Meanwhile, Daljeet questions Neeti’s happiness, warning her that Sanju is deceiving her. Neeti, however, insists that Sanju is loyal and seeking revenge against Parineet. Daljeet argues that she’s falling into Sanju’s trap, but Neeti refuses to believe him. Their argument escalates as Neeti defends herself and warns Daljeet not to disrespect her or women in general. Daljeet reminds Neeti of her past crimes against Parineet, but Neeti asserts her dominance, warning him not to interfere further.
Sanju later tells Parineet he dislikes making false promises to Neeti and feels guilty because of his honesty. He declares that he can never forgive Neeti for trying to kill Parineet and plans to gain her trust only to betray her in return.
Meanwhile, Neeti tells Bebe that she won’t make the same mistakes again and is determined not to let Parineet take Sanju away. Neeti later confronts Parineet, taunting her and boasting that she had once stolen Sanju by creating misunderstandings. She mocks Parineet, reminding her that Sanju was, and still is, her first love. Neeti accuses Parineet of breaking their friendship and vows that Sanju will never trust Parineet again. She hints at a new plan and invites Parineet to attend her upcoming wedding with Sanju, determined to make her suffer the same heartbreak she once endured.
