Neeti is stunned when her accountant informs her that she has missed three consecutive EMI payments, prompting the bank to take action against her. Shocked, she drops her phone. Sanju notices her distress and asks what’s wrong, but Neeti refuses to share the news and walks away. Meanwhile, Parvati asks Ambika when their plan will unfold, to which Ambika replies that it could happen anytime. She instructs Parvati to switch her phone to flight mode and warns her not to let Neeti contact her, as Neeti will undoubtedly try to escape the situation by seeking help. Parvati assures her compliance.
Ambika arrives at Neeti’s house with the bankers and instructs Bebe to bring Neeti, stating that they have something important to discuss. When Neeti tries to shut the door, Sanju stops her and questions what’s happening. Neeti refuses to answer, claiming he won’t be able to help her, as the situation is beyond her control. She fears that once he learns the truth, he will be furious.
Sanju insists that he can’t find a solution unless she confides in him and asks if she has committed a crime. Before Neeti can respond, Bebe reveals that the bankers are here with Ambika. Sanju takes Neeti to meet them and asks Ambika what’s going on. Ambika reveals that the bankers approved Neeti’s loan based on her recommendation, but Neeti has not made a single EMI payment. Parvati, as Neeti’s guarantor, is now facing damage to her market reputation.
Neeti acknowledges the need to pay the EMIs, but the bankers inform her that her checks have bounced three times, a criminal offense. Neeti insists that Parvati will help her, but Ambika shuts her down, stating that Parvati won’t intervene. Despite Neeti’s faith in her friend, Ambika remains firm. Sanju suggests they find a solution and offers to pay the EMI, asking for the monthly amount. The banker responds with ₹50 lakhs, leaving Sanju in shock. He questions how such a high amount is being charged for a ₹2 crore loan.
Ambika then drops a bombshell—Neeti has taken two loans using their references, accumulating a total debt of ₹6 crores. She must immediately pay ₹1 crore to avoid jail for fraud. Meanwhile, Babli questions Parvati’s presence. Parvati explains the situation, and Babli suggests they observe the drama inside. Parvati warns that Neeti must not meet her, or their plan will fail, deciding to watch from a distance.
Inside, Ambika warns Neeti to repay the money and not tarnish her daughter’s reputation in the industry. Neeti attempts to contact Parvati, but her phone is unreachable. Ambika dismisses it, assuming she is in a meeting. Sanju urges Neeti to use company funds, but she admits she has no money left. She confesses to falsifying accounts to deceive clients, leaving Sanju horrified by her crimes. The banker declares that if they fail to repay, their house will be auctioned. Sanju protests, but the banker reminds him that Neeti has mortgaged their home. The family turns against Neeti, blaming her for their downfall, while Parvati watches from afar, reveling in Neeti’s misery.
