Meanwhile, Preet saves Aditya from harm, but Nisha takes credit, sending Preet to fetch rescuers while she basks in false gratitude. Later, Sushama pressures Gaurav about Aditya’s absence, insisting he must move on from past heartbreak. She reveals Preet’s photo as his potential bride, confident he’ll like her.
Back at the hospital, Neeti grows suspicious—was there really another receptionist? She insists on seeing the doctor, sensing something strange. Meanwhile, Parineet reviews Sanju’s file, while Preet is forced to undergo medical checks per rescue protocol.
