Parineet visits the hospital to gather information about Sanju. When her friend asks if she truly wants to inquire, Parineet insists she already knows him and must collect his details. Suddenly, she hears someone mention the name “Parvati,” which triggers flashes from her past. Her friend, noticing her reaction, asks if she’s recalling anything. Parineet responds that she remembers who Parvati is.
Elsewhere, Preet checks on Aditya, asking if his pain has eased and teasingly calls him “Bichu.” Aditya becomes angry, and Nisha scolds Preet for disrespecting him. Preet replies that she enjoys arguing, but it isn’t the time—they must focus on escaping. Nisha retorts she’s not in Preet’s class for arguments. Meanwhile, Neeti receives a call from the doctor, who urges her to visit the hospital due to suspected health issues. Though Neeti insists she’s fine, the doctor recommends tests and asks her to inform the receptionist about the appointment.
Back in the escape scenario, Nisha insists they should go one way, while Preet believes the opposite direction leads to light. Nisha criticizes Preet’s instinct-based approach and leads Aditya away. They find a faint light, and Aditya suggests calling out to Preet. Nisha dismisses her as annoying, but Aditya insists on helping her, saying it’s his duty. Nisha grows jealous of his concern.
Aditya informs Preet about the path they found and mocks her fear of a lizard, prompting playful name-calling—she calls him “Bichu,” warning him not to call her “chipkali” again.
Meanwhile, Parineet continues her attempt to check Sanju’s records but gets distracted by patient-related commotion. Neeti arrives at the hospital, and Parineet senses something unusual. Back in the tunnel, Preet questions the path’s safety, noting that rocks appear deliberately placed and fears the area might collapse. Aditya and Nisha argue with her, dismissing her warnings. As Aditya tries to break through the rocks, the structure collapses. Preet urges them to escape immediately. Aditya accuses her of taking the opportunity to scold him, while Nisha provokes him against Preet.
Despite the tension, Preet insists it’s not the time to argue and urges them to trust her instincts, reminding them she’s from a village and knows such terrain. Nisha mocks her, but Aditya ultimately follows Preet. Meanwhile, a priest informs the rescue team that a couple and another girl are trapped inside. As Neeti contacts the receptionist, Parineet again feels something unsettling. Back in the tunnel, Aditya’s leg gets stuck in the rubble. Nisha cries for help, and Preet rushes to save them.
