The episode starts with Sukhwinder asking Neeti why she is crying. Neeti reveals that Sanju told her he doesn’t love her and has no feelings for her anymore, as he is in love with Parvathi, whom he has married. Sukhwinder promises to help Neeti win Sanju back, insisting she has a plan. Neeti expresses her despair, saying she can’t live without Sanju. Their conversation shifts when Parminder arrives to inform them that the priest is waiting on the terrace, and she leaves to bring Sanju and Parvathi.
Meanwhile, Parvathi is preparing prasad in the kitchen, with Sanju teasing her about knowing the household routines despite her time in London. Parvathi explains that her mother taught her to follow all rituals and traditions. When Sanju and Parvathi arrive at the terrace, the priest begins the puja, which is meant to strengthen their bond for seven lifetimes. Neeti grows jealous upon hearing this.
Bebe secretly tries to loosen the screws of the terrace railing, while Neeti objects to the puja, arguing with Gurinder to stop it. However, Gurinder remains adamant, reminding Neeti that she has always supported her wishes and expects the same in return. Neeti, left with no choice, reluctantly stays as the priest begins the ceremony.
As Sanju and Parvathi complete the puja, the priest declares their relationship bonded for seven lifetimes. Sanju ties a black thread around Parvathi’s neck, solidifying the ritual. Neeti, unable to control her anger, snatches the sacred chunri and thread from Parvathi and throws them into the fire. Claiming Sanju as her husband, Neeti lashes out. Parvathi retaliates, pushing Neeti and scolding her for disrespecting the sacred rituals, declaring herself as Sanju’s wife.
Neeti apologizes for her outburst, but the priest insists the puja must be redone within 15 minutes. Gurinder demands Neeti bring the nuptial chain from her wedding, emphasizing that it belongs to Parvathi, not her. Heartbroken, Neeti complies, feeling defeated as her claim over Sanju is repeatedly denied.
