Biji asks Pari to wear her dress to the lohri function, you know my husband would praise me so much when I would dress up, she gets emotional and says I spent so much time with my partner but it still feels less, your time with your partner increases love too. Pari gets emotional hearing that. Biji says I pray that your husband remains with you for life, she leaves. Pari thinks she trusts Rajiv and me so much, I could never pay back the love she has given me.
The Lohri ceremony starts, Rajiv tells Tauji that he is looking handsome but he is a scardy cat in front of Pami. All women come there, Pami says you are blinded by my beauty. Biji asks him to propose to Pami. He proposes to her and all clap for them. All family members start dancing.
Harman is preparing for lohri. Pari’s mother says we should pack all the sweets for Pari. He says don’t worry, I have packed enough even for her neighbors too. Mandeep thinks they treat her like a queen, Harman leaves. Pari’s mother tells Mandeep that we have to take shagun to Pari’s house as its her first lohri, I am sorry for taking away Harman. Mandeep says you keep using my husband so yes I am angry. Pari has left the house but still destroying our peace, you and your daughter.. Harman comes there and shouts at Mandeep to not talk to her like this, Mandeep angrily leaves. Pari’s mother says we didn’t inform Pari’s family. Harman says don’t worry, they will be happy to see us. Lets go.
All family members sit together, Biji asks them why we celebrate Lohri? Monty says to celebrate winters? She asks Rajiv, he says I don’t know. We celebrate it because the winter is going and crops will grow back so we thank Lord and pray for our families to grow. Monty asks how families grow? Biji slaps him and says you have to get a girl for that. Babli says he is always running behind girls. Biji asks why is she getting jealous? are you interested in him? Babli says no, please take my side. Biji says lets dance. Neeti says I can’t dance, Biji says I will teach. They start dancing again. Pari is dancing with Neeti. Gurvinder deliberately pushes Pari and she falls down. Biji sees that and says I saw you Gurvinder. She says it was a mistake. Pari says I am okay. Biji asks Gurvinder to apologize to Pari. Pari says its not needed. Biji asks her to apologize, you always do this with Pari, you did a mistake so apologize to her. Gurvinder is angry but reluctantly apologizes to Pari. She leaves from there. Biji asks the family to keep dancing.
Gurvinder comes to her room and says I was insulted because of that Pari, I should tell Biji how her lovely Pari is lying to her.. she tries to calm down and says I have to take revenge on Pari in a way that will make her shiver when she thinks about marriage.
