Aditya assures Nisha he hasn’t forgotten his promise but leaves, exhausted. Overjoyed, Nisha tells Jasleen that Aditya has agreed to marry her in two days. Jasleen updates her that Sushama and Simran are fine, and Nisha departs.
Later, Gaurav confronts Aditya, having overheard his conversation with Neeti. He questions why Aditya is marrying Nisha just to save Preet, pointing out how much they love each other yet keep hurting. Aditya thanks him for his concern but remains tormented.
Meanwhile, Preet is lost in thought when Sarada confronts her, urging her to let go of Aditya since his presence only brings her pain. Sarada blames herself for pushing Preet into this love, but Preet admits she still loves him.
Elsewhere, Aditya breaks down in anger, regretting falling in love again as he recalls moments with Preet. Meanwhile, Gaurav meets Harjot, revealing Aditya’s sacrifice—he agreed to marry Nisha only to protect Preet from Neeti’s schemes. Shocked, Harjot realizes the truth, and Gaurav urges her to help reunite the lovers, vowing to stop the wedding.
Later, Aditya wakes up imagining Preet beside him, unable to bear life without her. Simran checks on him, shocked by his disheveled state. Harjot tries to talk to Preet about Aditya, but Preet angrily shuts her down, lost in her pain.
