Sanju questions Neeti about Ambika Singh’s murder—who killed her and what she’s hiding. Neeti denies any involvement, claiming he misunderstood her conversation and that she has no idea who the murderer is. Frustrated, Sanju accuses her of acting and insists he heard everything. Neeti refuses to accept his blame, reminding him that he once loved Parineet and only married her out of obligation. She warns him not to trust Parineet blindly, but Sanju asserts that Neeti is his wife and he still loves her, vowing to uncover the truth. Neeti leaves without responding.
Daljeet grows frustrated as Neeti ignores his calls. Parineet, reflecting on the party, struggles to identify her mother’s killer. Her co-prisoner suggests revisiting the events to find clues, proposing the killer may have escaped through the back door. Parineet dismisses this, explaining their house only has two doors, and the back door must be unlocked from inside. She believes the killer used the front door to enter and the back door to exit, possibly to avoid bloodstains being seen. The prisoner questions if the killer could be a woman, but Parineet insists Ambika was strong enough to fight off a woman—it must have been a man.
Later, Sanju confronts Neeti again, demanding answers. Neeti accuses him of treating her like a criminal and clarifies that she only meant Parineet was innocent. Sanju, unconvinced, gives her 24 hours to confess or face consequences. Neeti is left shocked.
The inspector admits to Parineet that he initially suspected her but now believes in her innocence. Grateful, she calls Sanju for an urgent meeting. Meanwhile, Neeti confesses to Bebe that she knows the murderer’s identity but won’t reveal it. Bebe warns her about Sanju’s determination, but Neeti remains confident in her plan.
At their meeting, Parineet suspects Prithvi may have killed Ambika to protect his secrets. Sanju questions if he’d go that far, but Parineet insists they shouldn’t underestimate him. She mentions a suspicious waiter, prompting Sanju to contact the catering manager. After reviewing CCTV footage, Sanju notices Neeti and Daljeet acting anxiously. He tracks down the waiter’s address, but Neeti, fearing exposure, rushes to meet the waiter before Sanju can.
