Scene 1
Chandrika gives tea to everyone. Pari is silent. Chandrika asks what happened. Pami asks what happened. Pari says nothing. Pami says I know you’re worried about karva chauth. Will you fast? Mohini says for who? Chandrika says this is your first karva Chauth after marriage. Pari says what marriage? Where did my husband leave me for months and then cheated on me? Chandrika says but this is for her husband’s long life. Pari says he considers Neeti his wife. I can’t fool Neeti. Pami says you’re Rajiv’s wife. Pari says we have to part ways. I can’t come between Neeti and Rajiv. Rajiv doesn’t love me but at least he loves Neeti with all his heart. How will he break my fast instead of Neeti? I have no right over this. Simi says yes who will he give water
Scene 2
Neeti says to her mom I know all the rituals. I will fast for Sanju. I am so lucky he’s my best friend and husband so I will fast of course. Pari comes there. She says I came to say bye. I am going home. Neeti says but. Pari says everything is fine now. I’ve to go. Neeti says it’s your first karva Chauth with Rajiv. Are you excited about it? Pari says it’s not that. He’s out of the city. Neeti says how can he leave you on first karva chauth? I am sure he’s with that girl. I know you’re going os I don’t see your tears. You won’t’ go anywhere. Sit bere. Neeti makes her wear bangles. She says you are my bangle friend. I won’t let anything bad happen to you. You’re not going anywhere. We will celebrate karva Chauth together. Neeti screams in pain. Pari says are you okay? Let me call the doctor. Neeti says it’s fine. Don’t call the doctor. Just stay with me. Just promise me you won’t leave? Pari says how will you fast? Neeti says I wanna thank God for giving me Sanju. I am so happy. I will fast. Pari says you weren’t like this at all. Neeti says you would never say no to fasting either. I will fast. Neeti says I know you’re upset because Rajiv isn’t here. You will feel good if you stay here with everyone. Pari says how will you stay hingry? Neeti says I spoke to the doctor, he said I can fast.
Rajiv comes in and asks what happened? Neeti says we are both fasting. He says how can you fast Neeti? Neeti says you’re both the same. Rajiv says it’s not good for your health. Neeti says my doctor said yes. He says okay don’t run.. You might slip. Neeti hugs him and says I love you, baby. You’re so nice. Pari leaves. Rajiv holds her hand.
Scene 3
Gurpreet gets gifts ready for Pri and her family. She says it’s Pari’s first karva chauth. Pari is so lucky. He has such a good husband. He’s like a son to me. I hope they always stay happy togehter. Her dad must be so happy for her. Harman says I got these earrings for her. It’s our blessing. Mandeep says why was this needed? Harman says this is for Pari only. He says do your work Mandeep says I am here for work only. Gurpreet says go and talk to her. Harman says Mandeep what’s your problem? She says you never gave me anything on karva chauth. Don’t waste money on Pari. He says I won’t hear a word against Pari. Mandeep says I hope you’re never happy pari.
Scene 4
Chandrika comes to Pami. She says are you thinking about Pari. Pami says should I give pari sargi or not? She shouldn’t even fast for Rajiv. Chandrika says but they’re still married. She has a right on Rajiv. Pami says relationships are made from the heart. Will I give her charge for a husband who cheated on her? We ruined Pari’s life. The man who ruined her life, I can’t even kick him out. Chandrika says I don’t know how Rajiv did this. Pami says he’s very clever. Chandrika says but please give her sargi. If you give Neeti sargi only Pari would feel left out. Pami sauys I will give it to her.
Gurinder prepares the sargi. Chandrika says mummy ji has prepared three sargis. Pami says have some shame. Pari has right on it too. Gurinder says it’s my DIL’s first sargi. I will give it to her. Pari says I can’t take this sargi.
