Preet asks Harjot if they reached the hospital and learns the doctor confirmed food poisoning among the guests. Aditya brings the doctor to check on Simran, and Preet explains the situation. The doctor suspects Simran may have fallen ill due to the same issue and insists on hospitalizing her for further treatment.
Meanwhile, Neeti confronts Nisha, furious that she compared her to a demon and called Sarada better. Neeti reminds Nisha of all her sacrifices, unlike Sanju, who did nothing. She demands Nisha stop seeing her as selfish, vowing she would never abandon her—even if it meant risking others’ lives. Nisha, regretful, apologizes for her harsh words.
Neeti then scolds Nisha for mixing poison in the ladoos, revealing she had Harjot spike them. Nisha breaks down, realizing her grave mistake, and Neeti comforts her, assuring her everything will be fine. Jasleen, overhearing, is horrified.
Elsewhere, Preet tries calming Aditya, who lashes out in frustration. She reassures him, saying she understands his worry for Simran and is there if he needs anything. Aditya apologizes for his outburst, explaining his stress, and Preet promises Simran will recover.
Jasleen angrily confronts Nisha, scolding her for harming the family. Neeti jumps in, defending her daughter and claiming only she has the right to reprimand Nisha. Jasleen questions if Neeti truly believes Nisha did nothing wrong. Nisha admits she poisoned the food because she hates Preet and can’t stand her closeness to Aditya.
Jasleen points out that Simran and Sushama fell ill because of her actions, but Neeti shifts blame, insisting it was just food poisoning—Sushama’s fault for choosing Preet in the first place. She threatens Jasleen, warning that if Nisha doesn’t marry Aditya, she’ll lose everything. Neeti plots to frame Preet for the poisoning and turn Aditya against her.
Meanwhile, Preet and Aditya argue, with Preet tearfully blaming him for her pain. Aditya asks if she wants to see him suffer too, but she insists she could never bear to see anyone heartbroken.
