Scene 1
Neeti and Sanju do the pooja. Pari brings the thaal. Pari says why does prsad smell of garlic. I didn’t add anything in it. Neeti asks Pari what happened? Pari says something is wrong every day. The prasad had garlic. Thank God I made extra. I brought that here. Neeti says you made two bowls. Pari says yes. The police come in and ask who is Sanju? Sanju says it’s me. He says I am here to arrest you. Neeti says what has he done? Inspector says the bridge your company made has fallen. A lot of people died. Pari says but that’s not Sanju’s fault. Tao ji and Amit meet the lawyer. The lawyer says I dn’t have time for the bail today. Tao ji says please do this. He says it can’t happen today. Monty says we can talk to another lawyer. The lawyer says no one would take this case. Neeti says you can’t touch him. He’s not a terroist. He says because of your husband a lot of people died. He risked with lives to make money. Sanju says I didn’t do anything. Neeti says you can’t accuse him. He says Sanju took the money and did corruption. Neeti says you have no proof. Neeti says I will take my husband with me. He says you can’t misbehave with me. Neeti shouts. They say we will arrest you too. Neeti says you can’t scare me like this. Sanju says Neeti calm done please. Neeti says I am fighting here for you. They arrest Neeti as well Sanju says I am so sorry. Neeti says I will tell him what can I do. He says you can’t misbehave with an on duty police officer. Sanju says you had to cotorl Neeti.
Chandirka massages Bebe’s feet. Gurinder asks what happened? THe media blames Sanju. No lawyer is ready to take Sanju’s case. Pari comes to the police station.
She says Neeti why are you locked up? The inspector says she was misbehaving with me. Neeti says he’s misusing his power. Pari says stop it Neeti. she says sorry to the inspecotr and says he was tensed for Sanju. He says better go from here. PAri says I am sorry. We won’t interfere in your work. Neeti says don’t say sorry to him. Pari says she’s emotional. She says something without thinking. She met an accident, she can’t stay here. She even lost her child.
