Rakesh picks up Simar’s phone. Shalu tells Simar to stop the wedding at any cost. Simar stands up. She asks for her phone. Shalu asks her what she is saying. Simar says the groom is right in front of me. I am positive it is Rajeev jiju only. She asks Rakesh to show his face. Shalu gets tensed. Simar moves the sehra a little and tells Shalu that it is Rakesh. Shalu tells her to run from there asap. Rakesh follows Simar. Shalu gets worried.
Simar hides from Rakesh but he ends up noticing her again and runs after her. Simar is tired but runs to the first floor. Rakesh covers her mouth just when she screams. Everyone looks up but Bittu steps forward. My voice becomes strange sometimes. He tells pundit ji to continue. Rajeev must be here soon. He walks away. Rakesh puts the kerchief soaked on chloroform
Police continues chasing the tempo. Shera tells Jai to drive fast. They switch their place. Shera takes the wheel. They drive in on a dangerous road. Jai is worried but Shera tells him not to worry. I know every way here. Constables head in opposite direction as they know that the direction in which the tempo went is dangerous.
Mukhiya ji comes to take his phone. Rakesh hides in the room with Simar. He puts her in the big trunk in the room once Mukhiya ji leaves and then heads back outside. He puts the sehra on again. He smirks looking at Parineet and thinks of all that has happened with him since he had met her for the first time.
Shera and Jai push the canister off a small hill after confirming with Rakesh on phone.
Rakesh sits in the mandap with Parineet.
Rajeev asks for help. Jai asks Shera if Rajeev will die after falling from here. Shera is positive but Jai is still tensed. Shera asks him to leave. Jai wants to check one more time but Shera points out that the wild animals will eat him up even if he is alive. You are scaring me too! They are about to sit in the tempo when they hear Rajeev’s voice. Jai asks Shera to shoot him. Rajeev ducks. They decide to catch Rajeev or their plan will be foiled. Rajeev tries to walk.
Parineet looks tensed. Gurpreet asks her what happened. Parineet dismisses it. She looks at Rakesh in confusion. Rakesh is smiling to himself.
Jai and Shera decide to go downhill to stop Rajeev.
Parineet rues that wish Neeti knew that she was going to get married to Rajeev. She could have just waited for 3 days. She would have ended up scolding Varun instead of Bau ji then. I shouldn’t think of this right now. I should focus on the mantras.
Rajeev starts running. Jai and Shera are close. He fools them and goes in another direction.
Pundit ji asks Jaswant ji if he has brought the trunk which he had asked for. Jaswant ji nods. Rakesh gets tensed if it is the same trunk in which he had put Simar. Gurinder tells everyone the significance of the trunk. It was done during my wedding. It is said that Mata Rani blesses the newlyweds this way. This tradition has been there in our house since long. Gurpreet nods. I will bring it. Vikram offers to bring it instead and heads upstairs. Rakesh is worried that he might get exposed if someone opens the trunk. What should I do now?
Shera and Jai head in different directions. Rajeev is exhausted. Why are you taking my test, God? I survived somehow but I wont give up. You can take any test!
Rakesh notices incoming call from his father and gets tensed. What does he want now? He disconnects the call. He disconnects the next call too. I am already worried that Vikram might see Simar in the trunk. I wont answer the call. He prays to God to let this wedding happen. I will do good deeds afterwards. Please God!
Rajeev thinks that he cannot let Parineet’s life be ruined. I must go to her and save her. Give me strength, Baba ji. Jai notices him and calls out to Shera. They chase him. Rajeev hides behind a tree.
Rakesh notices Bittu. Bittu can shift Simar to some other place if I stall the wedding for some time somehow.
Shera calls Rakesh and informs him that Rajeev has managed to run away. Get married asap! Rakesh sends a text to Bittu. Follow Vikram and make sure that trunk is not opened at any cost! Bittu reads the message. He heads upstairs. Rakesh tells pundit ji to hurry up. Pundit ji says it is not a game. It will take the time that is needed. Have some patience. Gurinder laughs. I cannot believe that my son is so eager to marry Parineet! Gurpreet says it is God’s blessing. She smiles thinking of her convo with Parineet earlier. Gurpreet thinks that Rajeev will thank her for life for getting him married to such a beautiful girl. I know he has fallen for her too. He will do anything to save her! Pundit ji asks for chunri for gathbandhan. Harman complains that Vikram goes missing whenever he is needed. Gurpreet goes to bring it.
Rakesh hopes that nothing goes wrong when Vikram brings the trunk downstairs.
Rakesh’s father is unable to reach Rakesh. He has messed up the room so bad! He tries Rakesh’s number again and again but Rakesh continues to disconnect it. He knows this boils my blood yet he is doing this? I will handle him later. He calls Shera.
Vikram tries to pick up the trunk but finds it heavy. Bittu tells him just then that there is a fire outside kitchen. Vikram runs downstairs. Call some other people for help. Bittu stays behind. Gurpreet comes to the room looking for Vikram. The trunk is right here. Don’t know how he becomes so irresponsible sometimes. She finds the trunk heavy too and goes to ask for help. She meets Monty. He agrees to help her.
Shera and Jai keep shouting for Rajeev to stop or they will shoot them. Rajeev is still hiding. Shera threatens him that he wont be able to escape. They go in different direction.
Precap: Rajeev is hiding. Shera tries to find him in the jungle. Shera sees him running away on a bike and tries to stop him. Rajeev pushes Shera, slaps him and says I won’t let you ruin Pari’s life. Rajeev tries to escape on bike, gets shot and falls down. Rajeev calls Rakesh and says to him, you tried killing me to marry Pari, but look I am alive and will never let this marriage happen. Rajeev walks in.
