A goon attacks Aditya, boasting to a girl about “teaching him a lesson” for interfering. He calls his associate, Ravi, who praises him for knocking out Preet and beating Aditya. Ravi orders him to dump Aditya into an empty rooftop water tank—since he’s unconscious, no one will hear him. The goon locks him inside, smugly believing Aditya will die there.
As the goon leaves, a security guard questions him. He lies about making a phone call, while the guard mentions needing to check the water supply. Meanwhile, Ravi is shocked when Parineet (Preet’s lookalike) appears, asking about Preet. Realizing she doesn’t recognize Preet, Ravi lies that Preet fainted and he was helping her. He then knocks out Parineet and locks both women in a room.
At the hospital, Sushama recovers, stunned to hear that Neeti’s daughter saved her. Nisha arrives, pretending concern while lying about praying for Sushama. Sushama grows suspicious, recalling a girl in a kurti (Preet) who helped her. The goon calls Neeti, but Nisha answers—he reveals they’ve kidnapped Aditya and Preet and plan to kill Sushama. Nisha panics, demanding Aditya’s location. Ravi blackmails her for money, giving her only 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, Parineet wakes up and rouses Preet. She explains she overheard the goons plotting to throw Aditya into a water tank. Preet realizes the danger but can’t move freely due to Parineet’s sprained leg. Grateful for her help, Preet calls Parineet “more important than her mother” and rushes to save Aditya.
Nisha, desperate, tells Gurinder about the blackmail. Neeti tries to confront the goons but flees when police arrive. Nisha learns Aditya is trapped in the water tank and vows to rescue him before it’s too late.
