Shilpa gazes at Preet with emotion, remarking that she looks exactly like her mother. Surprised, Preet listens quietly as Shilpa reveals she knew Preet’s mom and that she’s present in the hospital. Shilpa asks Preet to wait in room number 3 while she brings her mother, leaving Preet hopeful that her mother, Sarada, has come to see her.
Shilpa then rushes to Parineet, breathlessly informing her that she saw her daughter—her exact lookalike—waiting in room 3. Parineet is stunned, haunted by memories of losing her child, and rushes to the room with trembling urgency.
At the hospital, Neeti weaves a web of lies. When the doctor praises Preet for saving Sushma, Neeti redirects the credit to Nisha. The doctor, confused, asks for clarification, and Nisha smoothly claims she saved Sushma. Gurinder sees through the deception but remains silent, while Neeti continues to glorify Nisha in front of everyone.
Parineet reaches the room and finds Preet waiting. Preet worries she may have acted impulsively by revealing her presence at the hospital. When the door opens, she turns to find Parineet staring at her through teary eyes. Parineet slowly approaches and embraces her, whispering that she looks just like her—her daughter. Preet, frozen and confused, stands still in the unfamiliar embrace.
Elsewhere, Aditya confronts the goons attacking his grandmother, Sushma. They reveal they were hired to kill her for crossing someone powerful. Enraged, Aditya fights them with all his might, determined to protect her.
Meanwhile, Simran enters Sushma’s room and is surprised to see Neeti. Neeti boasts that Nisha saved Sushma’s life. Chachi, confused, says Sushma has no enemies. Neeti continues to praise Nisha, stealing Preet’s credit. She even stages a scolding before publicly showering Nisha with praise to win favor.
Simran thanks Nisha, and Neeti cues her to touch elders’ feet for blessings. Nisha obeys, impressing everyone. Gurinder calls her an ideal mix of tradition and modernity. Neeti later reminds Nisha to impress Aditya’s traditional family to secure her place as their future daughter-in-law, and Nisha agrees.
Back in room 3, Parineet holds Preet’s hands and breaks down, apologizing for not raising her and asking how she survived alone. Preet gently pulls her hands away and says softly that she isn’t Parineet’s daughter—her mother is Sarada, and everyone knows her as Sarada’s child. She suggests their resemblance might be coincidence but reassures Parineet that her daughter would forgive her.
Though heartbroken, Parineet is touched by Preet’s kindness and apologizes for the confusion. They share a quiet moment, both feeling an unspoken connection.
Meanwhile, Neeti continues scheming, instructing Nisha to take puja items to Simran to maintain the façade that she prayed for Sushma’s recovery.
As Aditya bravely fends off the attackers, his calls to the police fail. In a shocking turn, a goon kidnaps Preet. Parineet, witnessing the abduction, screams and confronts the goon with fierce, awakened maternal instincts.
The episode ends.
