The episode starts with hirankashyap and hiranyaksh looking at kanha angrily. Hirankashyap says kanha you will die today, we will take revenge from Vishnu as well as revenge from you, you killed our sister holika. Hirankashyap attacks his spells on kanha, kanha dodges and he runs around and says first catch me. kanha disappears. Hiranyaksh and hirankashyap says where did you go? come out kanha. Kanha is lying on the throne, kanha says I am here. hirankashyap says you kid, come down. Kanha says wait, you cannot kill me so easily, but if you do kill me then one of you will be the ruler of all three lok. Hirankashyap and hiranyaksh say yes, we know that.
Kanha says but how can both of you be the ruler of all three loks? There has to be only one. Hiranyaksh says what do you mean? Kanha says I mean, if I have to die then only one of you can kill me because the ruler of three loks can be only one person and not 2. Hirankashyap says yes. Kanha says both of you cannot kill me, you have to prove yourselves and then compete and the one who wins shall get the opportunity to kill me. bhadraksh says no maharaj, wait don’t listen to him. hirankashyap says you shut up. Hiranyaksh says kanha is right, but what do we have to do? We both can kill you easily. Kanha smiles and says I will tell you that.
Narad muni asks lord Vishnu, prabhu how did hiranyaksh and hirankashyap come back? who are they? Lord Vishnu says devrishi, longtime ago, the gate keepers to viakunth dham were Jai and vijay. They were my staunch disciples and were the gatekeepers of vaikunth dham, but once 4 rishi’s came to meet me and so they told jai and vijay to open the gates, but jai and vijay did not and instead they prayed to me and were deep in my bhakti. The rishi’s say we want to go and meet prabhu and have his darshan, why do you stop us? jai and vijay said they stopped them because prabhu Vishnu cannot meet everyone. The rishi’s understood jai and vijay had become egoistic so they cursed them and said from now they shall live in patal lok and can never come back to vaikunth dham, because they have become egoistic and they shall aid evil. Jai and vijay were sad and they asked for forgiveness, they came to me with the rishi’s. jai and vijay said prabhu, we did not do anything wrong and were deep in your bhakti, but we have been cursed. Lord Vishnu says jai and vijay, you think you did not do anything wrong but you had become egoistic of being the gatekeepers to my vaikunth dham and so you did not allow the rishi’s, the curse of rishi’s cannot be removed but I can lessen it, I shall give you 2 options. You shall go away now but have to wait 7 lifetimes to come back to vaikunth and be good and the gatekeepers again otherwise you have to be demons for 3 lifetimes, and after 3 lives you can come back. jai and vijay chose to be demons for 3 lifetimes and so they were Ravan and kumbhkaran in treta yug, hirankashyap and hiranyaksh in satyug and kalkey too.
Narad says now I understand prabhu. Lord vishnu says when kanha shall defeat hiranyaksh and hirankashyap, then jai and vijay will get salvation and they will come back to vaikunth dham and be gatkeepers again.
